MS&L denied causing damages & refuse to pay for repairs or provide their insurance info. The cost of tow, repairs & car rental is over $5000, I'm a widowed, senior on a fixed income and need my money back. They were able to make copies of the Camry key quickly and accurately for $5.00 a key which I felt was reasonable. I asked about a key for my Sienna--that key would have been $100 because mine has a computer chip in it and has to be programmed! I passed on that key. I don't feel they were overly priced because we had a copy of our Buick's key made, and it was $90 for they key and then we had to pay the Buick dealer to program it.
