MS&L denied causing damages & refuse to pay for repairs or provide their insurance info. The cost of tow, repairs & car rental is over $5000, I'm a widowed, senior on a fixed income and need my money back. They were able to make copies of the Camry key quickly and accurately for $5.00 a key which I felt was reasonable. I asked about a key for my Sienna--that key would have been $100 because mine has a computer chip in it and has to be programmed! I passed on that key. I don't feel they were overly priced because we had a copy of our Buick's key made, and it was $90 for they key and then we had to pay the Buick dealer to program it. We tried the three keys, and they all worked first time! We were very happy with their services
