I have visited this location before. I've not had any issues. In my previous visits I selected colored power acrylic. This time I asked for gel X I was told the 4 gel x technicians were gone for the day, so I said give me the basic acrylic and whatever fingernail polish to place on the nails, I chose black. I was charged $55 for acrylic nails with gel black polish. This was done on Wednesday. It is now Friday. The gel polish is coming off. There are bubbles under several nails which I noticed on application day. I thought she didn't file the acrylic correctly, I do not have time to go back to get them fixed. I feel this should not have happened in the first place. I will no longer recommend this place to friends and family members in the area. Update: Five - Ten minutes after posting this review, I received a phone call to correct the situation for free. I appreciate the gesture, although as this is a visit to Houston, I do not have time to visit the location again for them to correct what should have been done correctly the first time.

From my nail tech Hayley, to Marlina at the front desk, to Cella herself, I've had an amazing experience so far. I've only been twice so far, but already know I don't ever want to take my business elsewhere. The first time I got a luminary overlay set with gel polish and the second time I got a fill in with gel polish as well. They didn't chip or lift for FIVE WEEKS. Hayley did the cutest designs, was very meticulous, and is all about the customer experience. The whole salon is, really... did I mention they offer complimentary mimosas?! I cannot stress enough how satisfied with the work they do and their customer service. They're in the process of onboarding some amazing new nail techs as well. I love my nails and always get compliments on them, you just have to make sure you tell them what you like and dont like and they wont disappoint. also a side note, i noticed some of the reviews mentioned complaints about how someone who walked in after them got seated first. They take appointments and walk ins, so if those people who walked in after them had an appointment they will be seated at their appointment time. i always schedule my appt a day or two ahead as jason is one of the most requested and have never had any issue, always get seated on time

I then asked if this was the refill price and I hear him making fun of me repeating "refill, refill, refill" thru the phone while laughing before someone that could speak proper English picks up.
