I had a terrible nail job in Pasadena and had to wait two weeks that felt like a lifetime to fix. I went in and Nancy helped me. She saved what she could of the old acrylic so not to damage my real nails. She was so kind and helpful and I think I found my nail place for life. The perfect little shop with the best estheticians I've seen in a long time! I will be back!! Great place in old La Porte!

Wonderful! Had both a manicure and a pedicure and love both of them. Very clean place, right next to Fischer's. First time having multi colored gel nails on my fingers and fun purple on my toes. Both are beautiful. Prices were really very posted and extremely reasonable. Went with husband and daughter who are supposed to write their own posts and will both give 5's. We will definitely go back.

Visiting from Ohio and wanted to get my nails done. Looked up a well reviewed salon and the 5 starts Kim's nails previously had were well deserved ! They did amazing on my nails and were very sweet and helpful with suggesting tourist attractions. Additionally prices were insanely good! Definitely will be coming back next time I visit !

Great place! Small and kind of tucked away but definitely enjoyed a nice experience to be able to relax, have my nails done and not hear a bunch of random jibber jabber from persons sitting next to me. Will definitely be back. I loved my pedicure and shellac mani! Friendly staff.

Lancy was so gentle and extremely efficient. She made me feel comfortable and did a wonderful job. It was such a relaxed type of atmosphere that other ladies there were interacting like old friends...not just sitting there waiting to be herded like cattle. I will be going back to this nail salon for sure.

I got dip Nails and the nail technician was not very happy that I just wanted clear and kept trying to talk me out of it. I ended up with air bubbles underneath and had to take them off for fear of infection. read more

Love this place! I have been looking for a nail place that will do what you ask and not try to sell you something you don't want. My last 2 pedicures at some of the larger franchise salons has not been positive. Would highly recommend Kim Nails. I will definitely return and ask for Lancy! read more

This is the best nail salon I've ever gone to, and they've been my favorite for 24 years now. They may or may not have as much glitz and glam as the salon at the mall, but they don't shred your fingers or toes in the rush to get one more customer. They are all sweet and professional and if you have a nail break, they will bend over backwards to fix it and have your nails all perfect in no time at all. I won't go anywhere else. read more

I've been going there for a few years. Very friendly staff who get to know you and do excellent work! One thing I especially like is that the shop is big and open enough that you're not constantly inhaling the fumes from the acrylics like in some smaller salons. read more

I moved to La Porte in April and shopped around for a new salon. I must say this is the best salon in the area. Mimi gives the best pedicure I've EVER had and Nancy does my nails perfectly! I don't think I've been this happy about a nail in quite awhile! The salon is neat and clean and you aren't just a number to them, they really care about making sure you are happy when you leave! read more

Not in a new building and decor is not updated, BUT for me the skill of the nail technician is more important. My first visit at this nail salon. Easy to get an appointment as I was a walk-in and they took me immediately. The pedicure bowls are lined with a disposable plastic liner for sanitation and even after my pedicure they removed the plastic liner and still cleaned the bowl itself and placed a new plastic liner for the next customer that was waiting. Mimi was my nail tech and did an excellent job on my manicure and pedicure. She did a lot more at half the price compared to the last two spas that I have been going to. Mimi even wore gloves during the mani/pedicure to further enforce their view on sanitation. All the ladies were friendly and very professional. I even had another technician wax my brows and lip after I observed her waxing another lady. This lady did an excellent job on my waxing and again at a significant reduced price compared to what I've been paying. read more

Me and the tech were forced to transfer seats so this couple could sit together when they could've easily sat them in the seats that were to the left of me or they could've sat in front of me. To me it was just unfair and unprofessional that they made me move when I had been there 40-45 minutes prior to them coming, there was no need for us to move when there was more than enough available seats for them to sit together.
