They have a decent selection of brands and sunglasses, but it's a small store. Service: 2 stars. My goal was to return sunglasses purchased online via Sunglass Hut's own website. Prior to arriving, I called on the phone and the person confirmed I could return them and the money would go back to my credit card. When I arrived at the store, there were 2 employees and no other customers, but they seemed inconvenienced to help with the return. Right away, the employee said I would have to ship the sunglasses back myself. I explained the receipt clearly said I could return in the store. Then the employee said I could return the sunglasses in the store, but they would mail me a check in 7 days. This isn't what I was told previously, and it seems very odd.

I asked the woman at the desk for a copy of my exam records and she told me no. She flat out refused to let me see any of my own exam records! Pearle Vision is a sham! They also were high pressure about selling glasses when I was only there for contacts. I will no longer be going there. Also after that, I went to a different eye specialist for a second opinion, and was told I didn't have any macular degeneration at all, which was such a relief!
