Also want to mention Yolanda from customer service, she was awesome. Communication was very timely, clear, and super helpful from the first inquiry all the way to the day of the service. Part of my gutter had fallen off, and both the roof and gutters were in pretty bad shape with a lot of moss. I talked to a few other companies before, and some tried to oversell or make the situation sound worse. This team gave me the most practical suggestions and a very reasonable estimate. No pressure, no upselling, just honest advice. Juan and Mario showed up on time and worked super efficiently. In about three hours, they got everything done perfectly, roof and gutters cleaned, gutters fixed, everything spotless. I really appreciated their work ethic and the way they went above and beyond without me even asking. They cleaned the small shed roof that isn't connected to the house, adjusted other parts of the gutter that needed attention, and left the whole place so clean. Not just the debris from the roof and gutter, they even blew away the storm branches and leaves around the yard. Honestly, driving home and seeing how clean and fresh everything looked made me so happy. I highly recommend All Access Roofing & Gutters, and especially Juan, Mario, and Yolanda. If you want honest people who do excellent work, these are your guys.

We hired All Access for a brand new roof and gutters and they did an absolutely beautiful job. They even went out of their way to color match the new fascia and bought the exact paint needed, which really showed how committed they are to doing things the right way. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent. Yolanda, who handled everything for us, was a delight to work with and made everything smooth and easy. We also appreciated how they walked us through all the work at the end and showed us before photos of our old roof. The cherry on top was how reliable and respectful they were. They came exactly when they said they would and kept everything super clean at the end of each day. It was spotless every evening. Pascal told me they would arrive at 8am and they did. He told me the job would take three days and that is exactly how long it took. Talk about integrity and being impeccable with your word! We will happily recommend this gem of a business to anyone looking for an excellent and reliable roofing and gutter company with great customer service and exceptional craftsmanship. We're excited to enjoy our new roof and gutters for many years to come!

Expectations were set and, most importantly, the service we received delivered on those stated expectations My only minor criticism would be that the marketing of add on services was a bit more aggressive than I would like, but my respectful decline of this additional options was all it took for them to back off. All in all a positive experience. I'll be back next year for annual maintenance

Rikki, Since you…read moretook the time to reply, I will update my review further. If nothing else, just to make you aware. When I finally dig an inspector out, he said there was no issue whatsoever and that I was fine to just clean up some minor water spots on an interior window and do a better job caulking. I finally went for a second opinion, and not only did they find the nails were not galvanized and installed on top of the roof instead of on the side, water had leaked in quite drastically leading to a $3000 repair. This other company literally walked on top of my roof and with her bare hands, picked up the entire tack strip that is supposed to keep things glued down. She couldn't believe the nails that were used and the placement but more so, that this was said to be 'no issue' by a professional. Your guy that came out to investigate literally never even put his hand on it to wiggle it around and see if there was an issue, he just looked - no ladder, just climbed part of my balcony and looked. If I had listened to him and just caulked the interior window so that more water wouldn't have come through, this would've continued and become an absolutely horrific problem. I know customer service agents aren't always a reflection of the company but this gentleman was a 'master installer' his words. I'm not sure what there is more to say, but as a business owner you may want to know. As an aside, I do appreciate that even months later, someone responded to this. I do hope things work out as your company continues to change.

I have a metal roof and gutters with gutter guards. They company that used to do an excellent job on my roof (I'll call them "JB") is a janitorial firm that appears to no longer do roofs. I called AA based on reviews and explained that my roof was quite dirty with pollen and was clear with them it was metal. They said they would come and blow the roof off and see what else could be done. They did NOT come right out and say they could not clean up pollen. They quoted me a price lower than the previous company had been charging, so I scheduled the work about three weeks out. The tech came out late in the afternoon, spent a LOT of time looking around and talking to the office and then told me that they could only blow debris off. To do a wash would take two people a full day and cost around $2,000. Sorry, that's NOT going to happen! I said go ahead and blow the roof off, there was plenty of Douglas fir cones and other debris that needed to come off anyway. The work was fine for what it was, though there's still a mess of pollen up there. I would have preferred that they just say "we don't clean metal roofs because you won't be happy with the results."

I'd like to preface this review with a personal awareness that my expectations may be a bit old…read moreschool. That being said, I don't think I'm alone in my perspective on certain customer service expectations although I suspect many patrons have given up. I am taking the time to write this for any businesses out there looking for a differentiation angle. Given the outrageous cost of services and goods these days, focus on actually delivering high standard customer service rather than merely saying you do. I have used AA W&G for years. I've recommended them to many, so when it was time to clean the roof, I looked them up on yelp to make sure they were still getting good reviews, because things change. After reading the reviews the one that caught my attention was a potential customer (P B) shocked about their quote of $950 for a 3500 sqft home. The last time AA W&G cleaned my roof 4 years ago it was around $450. I was appreciative the review prepared me for the massive price hike. Because when I called to get an estimate the $825 (with tax) wasn't as shocking as it could have been. The business owner, Molly in that same review, justified their price by the high standards their company holds. I accepted the significant cost increase was a sign of the times and chose AA W&G because of their excellent standards. Which was also my past experience. It appears things have changed. I was given the morning window, 8-12, for the work to be done. As I work from home I arranged my day to not have the noise from the cleaning interfere. By 11:30 they had not arrived. I called to confirm they'd be there in 30 minutes. First, I would expect AA to initiate a call if they were running behind. Second, I would expect some sort of acknowledgment of a potential inconvenience. Neither was done. Instead, in a matter of fact tone, I was told he was running a little behind and would be there soon. By 2p they still had not shown up nor had any communication been offered to keep me informed. The perspective conveyed by Molly was to not be concerned about when he'd show up, most homeowners just go about their day and have no interaction with their tech, as they are outside. It was a limited point of view that did not consider other scenarios nor did it demonstrate the high standards to justify the high cost or what they convey. I called a second time, again, received the brush off, with no specific timing other than "soon." At 2:42 I received a message they were on their way and found it interesting the message included an acknowledgment their presence can disrupt the daily as it was suggested, "Now is a great time to bring any pets or kids inside the house for the duration of the service." The disruption I experienced was the noise which when working from home on conference calls is something I needed to avoid. Although I was expecting the noise since I've had my roof cleaned many times, it wasn't expected that late in the day as I had reorganized my schedule. Included in the message of their upcoming arrival was a snippet about my tech and that he "grows indoor plants as a hobby." I smiled at this snippet as I am an avid gardener and wondered about the impact this would have on my surrounding vegetation. But again, I chose AA because they specifically identify site cleanup as included with the service. My tech arrived at 3 and was very nice when he greeted me. And the cleaning was as expected. But I didn't select them for the cleaning alone. The high standards was also a variable in my selection. I had a seed starting tray in my garden, not close at all to the roof. A growing project started a month ago. After he left, I inspected the outside. Not only were all my gates left open, but my seeds had been dropped and picked up. Which means he was aware he knocked them over. And given his snippet, I would think he'd understand the impact of knocking over seedlings. He didn't let me know he knocked over the tray and they were all destroyed. So all this to encourage entrepreneurs who'd like a competitive edge, to actually demonstrate high standards by one, communicating, two, acknowledge inconveniences, and three, be honest and transparent when making an error.
