I am leaving a review to speak to communication with Noel's landscaping. Although I did not end up having them work on the project, Noel's landscaping was quick on communication, responding same day and often within an hour or two. They showed up as soon as they were able to provide bids, faster than any other landscaper I asked for a bid from, and took extra time to be clear and ask questions about what I wanted. I would have no worries about communicating with this company. I would ignore any Yelp reviews where somebody gave them 1 or 2 stars for communication, answering the phone, etc. I would also remind people that Noels landscaping has a ton of positive reviews on non-Yelp sites. read more

The pavers they installed looks great but the grass they planted is horrible. The last time they came by, I ended up with more rocks than soil. I wouldn't recommend them. read more

Noel does a great job every year. He trims my 10 foot high, 36 tree hedge and it always looks beautiful. This is not a simple task. Noel is on time, takes safety precautions and makes sure the job goes well. His work is competitively priced and well worth the expense. read more

Not the cheap one and not the perfect job! They did such a bad landscaping project for us, every time I look at it , it hurts that how much money we gave them for it! We asked for an specific design and they didn't follow our deal! Just because they are not the cheapest doesn't mean they are doing perfect job! Took them so long to finish up. BEWARE!!! Noel's landscaping was good at providing quotes and to secure the job and we did use them for our pavers and artificial turf front and backyard. A few months after the job was completed, he would not return to replace a broken paver or fix the turf around the water meter access door. He would say he would show up to do the repairs (more than once) and never show up or call! It's been over 6 months now and he refuses to respond to any of our messages. Noel, Violeta and their crew were excellent, we couldn't be happier! They did and extensive job, trimming everything, weeding, pressure washing, mulching, de thatching, seeding, pouring gravel, putting up edging etc. Everything they did was done thoroughly and with great care. They even took on a few extra things that weren't discussed just because they really want to make the customers pleased and happy. They worked on our yard for 3.5 days and for that price we got, honestly you won't find it elsewhere. Very happy, excellent company and will hire them again! read more

I tried to get an estimate from this landscaping company and they refused to come do an estimate, because I am a remote property owner and they insisted on having someone there in person. Even though I said I would be on the phone to talk about the estimate, I could even be on video chat, they still refused. If you are trying to have services for your rental property, they are not business-friendly. read more

Everything from start to finish was top notch. The quote process only took a few days and when the job was finished, the final price was the exact total that was quoted with no extra funny business added. We had a variety of work that needed to be done; grape vines and root removal, wisteria and rose vines trimmed back that were out of control, old tree removal, new tree planting, and some work around our driveway to replace old cement blocks for new paver stones. They did all the work in 2 days and cleaned up every bit before they left. The final result was higher than our expectation. Definitely recommend and would hire them again in the future. read more

I'm giving this company two stars because I didn't even get a chance to experience their maintenance service. I called the main line and a woman answered without a professional greeting. She just said, "hello?" I had to ask if this was Noel's Landscaping. I asked if she could come view my property and get a quote. She told me to text her my address and that someone would stop by. No one ever came! I texted back to ask if someone was coming and still no reply. So disappointing, especially after all the great reviews they received on yelp. read more

Take it from someone who deals with a lot of contractors and laborers. You can't find a better person to tend to your landscaping. Noel, his wife Violetta, and their son are the epitome of hardworking passionate people. I had a lot of work that needed tending to. They showed up around 1. I was afraid they wouldn't get the work done with the allotted time. 5pm came and went. They stayed till 8:30pm to complete the work. I told them they could come back but they worked on. He even insisted to stay after and clean up after I told them the work was awesome and they could go. The whole time they asked questions and made sure I was happy with the work. In an age where people seem to do the bare minimum and consider it good I'm so glad I found Noel and his family who are good people that do a honest hard work that is truly superb. read more

We've been using Noel and his crew to take care of our lawn and yard maintenance for almost a year now. (Our neighbors use them also.) Since we've had two other companies who were not as good (or very dependable), we especially appreciate the wonderful work that Noel's Landscaping does. His attention to detail is fantastic, and our lawn and garden areas always look neat and tidy after they're done. They are true professionals - they know what they're doing, and want to keep their customers happy! Use for maintenance at your own risk. I post this review in haste because initially we received good service but this business took money from us and never followed through. Essentially took money without providing a service - what does one call that? I will start by saying I asked them to quote me on replacing my front lawn with new sod and then trimming/spring clean shrubs and bushes throughput. Lawn would be $1k with spring clean an additional $800. We agreed and they showed up and did good work! They were also nice. They then proposed maintenance services for 200 dollars twice a month with the 200 to be paid in full up front each month and they would do two services. Problems began! They didn't come by two weeks when we set up service and finally they did on the Saturday before Memorial Day after I pleaded with them. I chalked it up to rains we had that caused delays so no biggie? I left 200 dollars for two services, which included that day and then two weeks from then which would have made it June 8th. They no showed. Tried to text and call them. Nothing. They essentially accepted money for two services but never showed up for two services. It's essentially 100 dollars in cash they took without providing my second service so not something to raise the Calvary about. But, I post their shady behavior here with the hopes others proceed with caution. They ask for cash at a cheaper rate. They can take check or card but will charge you what I believe to be 10% higher +/- to account for fees which I have no problem with. At first they were nice and did good work but in the end, instead of just being yet another contractor who no shows, they had my money AND no showed with ignoring my requests for service so now they get the one star rating. read more
