Sense I am towing a camper, and will be putting on 5,000+ miles in the coming months. Asked to check it out on key points of ware. What they found was no surprise. I had noticed a possible problem in the last few hundred miles. The were able to fix it now, rather then having me turn. I am very happy with all aspects, in clouding how clean the place was.

Tony was very friendly and after getting the information on the car, their technician got it into the shop within ten minutes. After testing the battery, they informed me that there was nothing wrong with it. They cleared the code that was generated by the low battery, drove it and rechecked it. I was very pleased that they didn't charge me anything for it and they got me in and out in less than a half hour. Car is still working fine. I highly recommend this company!

Instead of doing the work I asked for, they convinced me to let them replace all the brakes, even though they themselves had done the other side just seven months ago. The pricing was already higher than expected, but what really pushed it over the edge was the added 3% credit card fee. When I questioned it, I was told it was a fee from the credit card company. That is simply not true. It is a fee they chose to pass on. Be honest about it. Customers can handle the truth. We do not appreciate being misled. On top of that, the attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. If you are going to charge premium prices, at least treat people like they matter. I walked away feeling overcharged, talked down to, and frustrated. There are plenty of auto shops around Richfield. This is not one I would recommend.

I knew finding the source of the leak wasn't gonna be within my own capabilities, so searched repair places online and found Eric's Repair (with good reviews) nearby; gave them a call to schedule their soonest available opening. It was three days away, but from chatting with them over the phone, they sounded confident they'd be able to assist in the repair needed. Dropped her off as soon as they opened at 8AM on Friday. They'd let me know they were only open for a half day until noon, but they'd do their best to get everything diagnosed at the least prior to close. My husband dropped me off at work and by 930AM, I'd been sent a text and email with a link to the diagnosis (complete with pictures and detailed explanations) so I could authorize (or decline) the work. It also included the breakdown of cost for parts and labor required. It was really impressive! I've never had an auto repair place be so transparent and thorough! Everything looked reasonable, so I authorized the work and they got right to it, in fact they even had my car all fixed up before close! I wasn't able to go grab it because I had a late shift myself, but they were totally cool with housing her over the weekend inside their garage (which was especially kind since there was some inclement weather and I do keep her garaged). I was able to go in and pick up first thing Monday morning. I chose to pay there at the office, though there was an option available to pay via an online portal too. Their front office is super cute actually, with a toolchest coffee maker and an engine block table. Seemed decent if you needed to wait for a quick oil change or easy repair. Bathroom is available if needed too. I noticed right away while driving the short distance home that my baby is better. Better than expected even. She used to have a pretty significant engine rattle while idling and at certain RPMs between gears. That rattle is GONE, and it felt like she was gliding effortlessly down the road. These guys fixed a 5+ year old problem! I'm so grateful!! All the employees I interacted with during this seemed friendly and courteous. I can assuredly say that the next time I need an auto repair (which, admittedly, I hope isn't any time soon), I'll be coming back here again. Highly recommend these guys. They're doing it right in a day and age where not every place does.
