I inquired as to why this issue was not addressed during the initial installation in 2010, and Gregory attributed it to the unavailability of the technology at the time. He then provided a quote for a new roof and departed. I subsequently sought the advice of two other roofing companies, and they determined that the roof was in good condition, with the shingles exhibiting normal wear for their age. An inside sales manager from M&M contacted me to inquire about the status of the new roof purchase, and I informed him that I was leaning towards a repair. He offered to send Gregory to my location again the following day, but unfortunately, Gregory did not appear. No phone call or attempt to reschedule was made. Now I am trying to get in touch with the inside sales representative, Henry, but he is not responding. I understand that it has been 15 years since the initial installation, but I believe M&M would be the ideal company to perform the repair, given their initial involvement.
