John managed the whole process and solicited several bids from roofers (who many times didn't show) to make sure we got the best price and quality. He managed to do this in a tight timeline as the weather was getting cold and he carefully explained our options and pricing along the way. He went out of his way to save us money when possible and pushed for quality when it was the right thing to do. He was fair and knowledgeable, and saved us a lot of headache! Some of the other builders out there really didn't know what they were doing and accidentally caused damage just taking a look at our problem. Bayer Builders on the other hand were very professional and capable. If you need good honest builders who won't give you an upsell, choose these guys.

I have not been happy with the work I had done by Wasso. My building is very old and unfortunately…read morethat means I hear a lot of noise coming from my upstairs neighbor. I hired Wasso in December with the understanding they would be drilling 16 holes into my ceiling, spraying insulation, and "patching up and painting over the holes" with the intention of dampening the amount of noise from upstairs. Not only do I not notice a difference at all in the amount of noise from above, but my ceiling now looks awful. The employees who came to do the work were perfectly nice but I am disappointed with the final outcome. It looks very sloppy and is going to require a lot of my own time to properly sand and re-paint the holes (and likely my entire ceiling with a new coat of paint) with no real positive results in terms of noise dampening. They also did not lay down any tarps to protect my furniture/rug so I had to wipe down pretty much every piece of furniture I have in my room afterwards.

A week later, when I checked to see when he would be submitting his bid, he said he had already emailed me the bid. I had not received it, and told him so. He said he would resend it. Then he ghosted me! I tried twice more to text him, asking what had happened, and I got no response. He was a nice guy, but I pity the person who hires him and then gets ghosted halfway through a project.
