Horrible service, rude and not polite. Not everyone can speaks Spanish so the woman here shakes her head out of disapproval making me feel like I did something wrong. They recently installed all top-of-the-line Speed Queen machines, which they are constantly cleaning and caring for. Bring ear plugs with you if noise bothers you, as it can get very busy. If you prefer more "natural" detergents, don't expect to get those there; bring your own. There are one or two $9.00 machines that are *huge* - AND - if you pay $0.50 PRIOR TO putting in your clothes and money, the machine will flush the washer tub out, getting most of the previous customers' soaps and softeners, etc. completely out; a VERY rare feature to find at a washateria! The machines require quarters and you can change all bills, even $20. There is a lot of parking outside if you prefer to wait in your car. They also have snack machines. Walking in, I had to be careful not to trip over washing machine motors that were left in the doorway. The first thing that struck me was how crowded this Washateria was. Not crowded with people but how little room there was because the place was packed tightly with machines. The machines were banged up, scratched and in various states of disrepair. The tile floor was busted, with loose tile strewn about and plywood covering other parts of the floor. There washing machines are speed queens which are top of the line but I wouldn't trust putting my clothes in them. The whole place was dirty. There are much better wash and dry places in better condition with better prices. I won't be back. read more

FREE DRYERS. Different prices for size of washer load. $5.50, $4.50, and $2.50. Average wash time is 25 minutes for all size loads. You definitely don't want to jam too much in each load because then it won't wash well. They're great about maintaining all washers in working order. Which is rare at most washaterias. Free dryers work 30 minutes at a time. You have to wait for 30 minutes to end before starting it up for another 30 minutes. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are swamped in the mornings before 11am. Monday through Thursday is the best time to wash because the large washers will be available and everyone is at work. It's a clean laundry mat. read more

Overpriced wash so that they can offer "free dry". Unfortunately, I came in and tried to pay to dry some wet sheets, and they would not let me pay for a dry unless I re washed them there and then dried it. read more

I needed a commercial size washer to clean some items I wasn't able to at home. I visited spin cycle on a Sunday afternoon. It was definitely bustling but I didn't have any trouble finding two machines to wash my things. The facility is clean and I got prompt assistance when some of my quarters got stuck in the washer. Large washers are 5.25 and smaller ones are 4.50. Dryers are free. Definitely appreciate the free wifi while I wait. read more
