Wings are good. Their sauce is a little different than other wings restaurant. I see people usually get wings and rice or wings and fries. Everything cook to order so they are fresh and hot when you received them. Fried rice is a so salty and loaded with msg. I was so thirsty after lunch. The appearance on the outside is sketchy if you are from out of state like myself, the sign says open but the windows are covered only to find out they are covered so the people who choose to dine in don't have to suffer from the heat of the sun or sunlight in their eyes. The service was good, the staff was friendly and helpful as well. The food was good and hot, but the service was horrible. The cashier that took my order was not pleasant at all, but the other cashier who took my cousin's order was very nice(I wish I paid attention to their names). We asked if it was ok to dine in and the nice cashier said yes, but that they close at 8:30. That was fine because it was 7:45 after placing our order. My daughter's rice was made with vegetables even though she asked for no vegetables, so we waited for them to fix her order so that we could eat as a family, like we always do when we're together. As we were waiting, the nice cashier came to us to inform us that she made a mistake. She told us that they close at 9, perfect. Well, while we were eating, the same cashier came back and stated that her manager informed her that they actually close at 8:30, it's about 8:20. At this point, we check the website, they close at 9. We tried to get refills and, they had turned off the drink machines, so we couldn't get refills. It is still not 8:30, and we could not get anything to drink to finish our food, nor to take with us. The other cashier came and turned the television off without asking if we were watching it, this is before we were told that they actually close at 8:30. As we are living the dining area, some of us are barely out, the other cashier turns the lights off in the dining area. At this point, she is being very rude and obnoxious! We were leaving, it was barely 8:30, even though the website says 9, and that is the closing time that is advertised. We had to wait for an order to be corrected because of their mistake and then they want to rush us out after giving mixed information. Terrible customer service, that is my first time coming back since they opened and my first time dining in. I do not think I will be spending my money there again to be treated like trash! read more

The wings are 10/10. They are full of flavor! I got the mild spicy ones and the garlic parmesan. The service is good, because they are so busy you will have to wait a bit. However, it is worth it. I can't really say much about the ambiance. I just ordered, waited and received my order. Overall their wings are so good! read more

BEST WINGS IN GREENVILLE HANDS DOWN and definitely some of the best wings I've had. I started coming here after my friend Vic suggested it for one of our quarantine hangs. (see his Yelp review) He kept telling us that these were the best wings he's ever had, so we decided to give it a try. We perused the menu and then ordered ahead with their online ordering. I don't remember what everyone got that night, but I've tried the hot lemon pepper, lemon pepper, and honey cajun so far. NONE of them has disappointed me. They are all my favorites. I almost always order a 10 piece bone-in wing combo with half in one of the lemon pepper (hot or traditional) sauces. The other half honey cajun- all extra wet, fries with extra seasoning, a sweet tea, and honey mustard. Their crinkle fries are so good, and their sweet tea is out of this world. I have also tried their fried shrimp and their fried rice. I absolutely love the shrimp's crunchiness, and it comes with their housemade hot sauce, which is crazy good. Their fried rice is solid. Not the best I've ever had but still good if you want to switch it up. I love this place because the chicken is always fresh and juicy, and the sauces are all homemade. Simple and exceptional. Limited menu but they make everything well. I got my wings cooked extra crispy. Perfect. Shanghai sauce was like hot sauce meets sweet and sour sauce. Unique twist. BBQ sauce was just good. The cheesesteak sub was buttery goodness. My only critique was that the onions peppers and mushrooms are cut into too small of pieces. I'd like bigger. And the cheesecake! OMG it was good. I'm sure they don't make it themselves but gosh dang it if it wasn't some of the best I've had. This place gets 10/10 from me. They have everything thought through. The fact that you can pick how well done your wings are on the online ordering and the options to add sauces. Most places never consider these things. Keep up the good food service! read more

By far the best wings I've ever had! I get the hot lemon pepper wet with soft fries and extra seasoning. A side of ranch and a sweet tea to drink. The wings are always hot and perfectly seasoned. I've tried just about every flavor on the menu and I have never been disappointed. read more

I am a huge fan of chicken wings. I could easily eat them three times a week and not get tired of them. That bring said, they have to be good wings and J&J are good wings. I don't love the location (only because the parking lot is a bit awkward from Greenville Blvd) and it's a little inconvenient to my house, but I'll make the sacrifice for those wings. J &j wings cafe serves great bone in wings and we love the fried rice. We always get the wings fried extra crispy. The only reason they are not getting a 4 or 5 star is because I wanted to try the boneless wings but unfortunately they made me sick immediately after I ate them. They were very,very salty. The food is excellent but the owners are very RUDE. They didn't give me all of my order and said they had to look at the camera first to make sure I wasn't lying about not receiving my full order. Mind you I had just left the restaurant and called to let them know I didn't receive all of my order. The owners also tried to tell me that I did receive it and they were fussing/debating with each other because they would not make the rest of my order. I then went to my car and showed what I DID receive and they agreed to make EVERYTHING over. So they basically accused me of being a liar and thief so now I have to wait almost 20 minutes for them to make my complete order? I said that's ok, just give me a refund and left.
