First time at this location. Was here for lunch during the noon hour. The decor at BWW is plenty of large screen TVs everywhere with multiple sports stations. Took just a moment before I was greeted and seated. I order 6 Chipotle dry rub wings with fries and a sweet tea. Food was delivered to the table surprisingly fast. Boneless wings had just enough heat for my liking. I had never tried dry rub wings, and they were good, but I prefer the sauced wings. Fries were - well, your typical fries. Not impressed with the server. She went through bare minimums of a server. She knew the menu, but did nothing to make me feel welcome. I was almost out of sweet tea before she checked on me and brought a refill. I also did not enjoy the music that was playing through the restaurant. It was all of one particular genre. So I'm new to the app,and honestly the only reason I downloaded it is because I had such a bad experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. First off the wings were pretty average except one of them had a bone in it (which was pretty hard to chew through),and the restraint was pretty clean except for the waiters,they looked like they haven't took a shower sense kindergarten. But the worst part has got to be that in the span of FIVE minutes after I ordered one of the ill-favored,nasty,hideous workers came up to the table and started f!nger!ng me. My wife and I came to this location because it is the only one within an hour from our house, and needless to say by my 1 star that we were not impressed. Now we did come in a little after 7pm on a Thursday night, but we waited 10 minutes while seeing multiple tables empty in the dinning area. Once finally seated we got a half baked introduction from our waitress while she was walking by, then a few minutes later she came to get our order. We waited a fair amount of time for our food and it was all hot when we got it, but I was doing the all you can eat wings and fries and it took 45 minutes to an hour for each round of wings to be brought out, and we constantly had to get our waitress's attention for simple things like drink refills and ordering my next round of wings. I am sad to say this was will be our first and last time coming to this location unless some serious changes occur. read more

Upon arriving, my two friends and I, all three Caucasian professionals, entered the establishment's lobby that was empty save for two African American waitresses who had their backs to us. After standing there for a few minutes without being greeted, I politely asked one of the young ladies who was enthralled in conversation with the other, if they were open for business? She replied, "Yes." Then turned back around, grabbed menus, handed them to us and told us we could seat ourselves. I asked, "May we go to the bar?" She pointed and said, "Yeah, it's back there." Unescorted, we made our way back to the bar where there was no bartender in sight. We chatted amongst ourselves, noticing there was only one other patron at the bar, who was eating. After about five minutes, a "bartender" with shoulder length dreads came in from outside the restaurant circled behind the bar and asked, "Ya'll want a beer or something?" I was starting to get really frustrated, but kept my cool. I asked, "Do you have any dark beers on tap?" He replied, "Guinness," then placed a beer menu in front of us and turned away. At that point we decided to leave. He could have cared less that we were there. We closed the menu, the three of us feeling the same sentiment and took our money to Cubbies across the parking lot and received an immediate welcome and were served drinks within a minute of taking our seats. I will never go the that Buffalo Wild Wings again. The customer service was the pits. It's no wonder the place was a ghost town. We expected it to be packed before the ECU/ARMY football game. The restaurant that we did go to across the parking lot was very busy, full of pre-game fans. Such a shame that a well known national establishment was such a disappointment. Piss poor customer service can absolutely decimate an established brand name entity. It was a very delicious burger the meat was cooked to perfection and the fries were seasoned well, and on top of that the customer service was really well the hottest was being so helpful with me with my take it. Went in around lunchtime (1pm). Ambience was good buts all i have to say good about it. Waitress was VERY inattentive. She kept going outside. We ordered appetizers, waited over 15 minutes and still didnt have them nor did the waitress check on us or our appetizer. We finally got our appetizer and our entree came 5 minutes later. Very disappointed! Ruined a night out. Waited over 45 mins for food and during the 45 minute wait no one came to the table to apologize for the delay. As soon as I get ready to walk out, the waitress comes with the order. Asked to speak to the manager, he apologized and stated that they were short staffed due to an incident the night before. This situation could have easily been rectified with staff being transparent about being short staffed and should have stated that it may take longer than usual to get the food. I have been here a few times and I have never had this poor of an experience. Our waitress Peyton took our orders and when we asked for carrots and ranch she continued to tell us that they were an up charge and even though we expressed that it was never an up charge before she just said "i don't know that's just what i was told". On top of that I had to walk up to the host stand myself and and another waiter walked up to me and ask if i was okay and then after telling him that our cups were empty for quite a while and we have not seen our waitress he kindly asked what we were drinking and then brought it to us. Every time I come here they have excessive wait times and will not fulfill your pick up order at the scheduled time. Front of the house staff is extremely disrespectful. They don't not care one bit about the customer and will just straight up Ignore you when you're standing right in front of them. If you do not advocate for yourself and basically grab them and let them know that you're trying to pick up an order they will just walk right by you like you're not even standing there. Pretty good if you want to eat somewhere late at night and are super hungry. They have amazing tater tots. I asked for no blue cheese and it was still good. The potato wedges were small and crunchy just the way I like them. All of the orders came out quickly and the waiter memorized our orders without having to write it down. We also got wings. The mango habanero is on the spicier side but it doesn't kick in until you eat several more. A good one to balance the spicy wings out is the honey BBQ. I loved the traditional wings because I felt like the bone gave it more flavor. By far the worst experience Ive ever had at a restaurant. Our server was too busy socializing to appropriately handle his tables. A round of water and beer took over 30 mins. it was not busy during this time so no reason for it to have taken so long. We all our servers/bartenders so we were very patient and gracious, knowing how overwhelming it can be at times. I have a friend who will travel over an hour in the car just to eat at one. Anyway, we sat at the bar to watch a football game and ordered some beers and foo to enjoy. I don't particularly like bone-in meat (I know, I'm weird) so I went for the boneless wings. We were able to select two sauces, and I know both were good. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Greenville, NC on 09/22/2024 to watch the NFL football games that started at 1:00pm with a group of friends. When we first arrived, we noticed to the parking lot was empty compared to most Sundays and the outside patio area was left in a complete disaster from the pervious night. As soon as we walked in the were greeted by the bartender who was very professional but she appeared to be overwhelmed with the amount of tables she was trying to accommodate! She appeared to seek management for assistance but her attempts failed numerous of times. She severed us beers but informed us that the kegs had just kicked and she would have it changed as soon as possible. Several tables were requesting the TV channels be changed to display the games that were already being aired. Forty-five minutes after multiply request from several tables the manage informed one table that the channels were unable to be changed due to "corporate" and disappeared back into the visible kitchen were he appeared to be "hanging out". At least 10 out of the 12 tables left and immediately went to Kick Back Jacks. I have a group of at least 10-20 people who have been coming to this location for a minimum of 4 years every Monday and Wednesday with the average check ranging at least 25-75 dollars. This is probably my favorite sports bar around. I love the wings, and it's a terrific place to watch a game - but you had better get there a while before game time, cuz this place is usually packed. The only down side is that often times you don't get stellar service because they are so busy. But I still find it a great place to catch the game, or to grab a bite after after the game.
