I have been coming here for about 15 years, I've moved up to 50 miles away, but still came back to this place, luckily I am closer right now though. The owners are very appreciative of my business each and every time they see me, and remember me by name and remember little tidbits of information to ask about when I am in. I have always had great pedicures, even when they are training new staff, the experienced staff keep tabs and asks me how everything is going. They keep the salon clean and up to date and have gone through many expansions of the facility over the years, as the business has gotten busier and busier. (Which can only happen if your customers are satisfied.) They also have ample staffing, and are happy to make an appointment, if you don't want to risk a wait. They replace their equipment regularly, and stay on the cutting edge of the new products offered in the industry. The prices are very reasonable, also. I bring my visiting friends and family here often, and they are always happy with the services they receive as well. Also, they have 2 cute children's pedi chairs, and when I bring my nieces in they treat them like royalty. Before new ownership I always had a great experience. Issues were dealt with quickly, if there were any. My nails were always done perfectly. Last week I got my nails done and it was done very quickly. Several of the nails had to be redone at the end and they weren't done as nicely as the others. Two days later the DIP started to fall off and crack. I went back and asked for them to be redone. They told me that they would fix them at a discounted price of $20. When I said I wanted them fix at no cost I was told that wasn't possible since getting them all fixed took time, which cost money. I was very disappointed and left. Picture are below. I really like this salon. It has more colors for SNS dip than any other salon I have been to. It is clean and is fully staffed so you can walk in or make an appointment. My technician is Annie, who i followed from Deluxe Nails in MALVERN. It took me awhile to find where she went and the new owners of Deluxe Nails were not helpful. Annie is creative and loves to try out new color combinations. She keeps up with trends in nail decoration and executes them perfectly. I give J & L Creative, and Annie, 5 stars. read more

I came here a couple days ago to get pink and white. It was a fantastic experience, the color looked shiny and my nails looked so pretty. Plus, they made my nails so strong that it didn't break or chip for a week already. I love the way how they treated their customers, the technicians always smiled at me and after they finished anything, they asked if I was happy or not. No rush at all compared to other salons. This is a beautiful nails salon, so luxury, so fresh, so natural. I like the way they decorated their salon with artificial trees that made me feel so relaxed every time I come here. And the best thing here that impressed me was that they got a big selection of colors. I couldn't decide which one to choose until a technician came and consulted me the best suitable color. I travel a lot and get my nails done in different locations...lately Ive had bad experiences in Maryland and Texas. I was visiting my friend and needed my nails done, soooo glad i picked this spot. Staff was very friendly and sociable so were the clients. Nice small venue and they worked quickly without messing nails up. Lyn did my nails and she did an awesome job! Love this place! They do nice work on mani pedicures. Part of their service is the paragon moisture wax which my hands need! The staff is polite and very attentive. They do get busy and with only 2 ppl on staff, well, obviously less attentive. Water or wine are always offered! Check them out. read more
