My vehicle was 2 days past due date with no contact explaining why. Finally I called them & they returned my call telling me it was all finished and ready to go. When I saw my vehicle I couldn't believe it. Their work was not complete. Was not washed or prepared for me. I couldn't even tell if it was fixed. It looked like it was left in a farmers field or a construction site. After I washed it I was furrious. Damage to side mirror. Rubber weather strip they replaced not glued in. Hood not aligned. Tape residue on roof I guess from holding weather strip in ? Scrape on door. Inside looked like they threw a rodeo in it. Why did they need to empty my glove compartment? My phone charger cord hanging out like they were using for their on phone ? I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY or recommend them to anyone. I wanted to give ZERO STARS but Yelp made me rate 1 star. I wanted to give a negative star. They offered me to bring it back and I refused. Why do I need more worthless crappy work & excuses ? No thanks. I wish I would have left the damage & traded it in to any dealer. I'm sure this will be blocked but you know how I feel & you know who I am. I can't wait to see the CLOSED sign permanently on your door.
