Kraig was good to tell me them over the phone the day before, but it sounded like he said it was a PCM, when in fact, it was a BCM. Wish he would've been more clear, but not a big deal. When we were walking out there, we noticed the right rear tire was flat, even though my car was towed there & was a-ok at that point. Kraig stated it must be a slow leak; wasn't like that a couple of days ago. This was a Tuesday, yet they're closed on weekends (??). In checking out the tire, he then said it was getting low in 3 hrs. Be that as it may, When I picked up the car after it was done, immediately I saw big white scratches on my rear bumper that was not there before. Went in to inform Kraig & while we were looking at it, I then noticed a smaller mark on the front bumper, which was completely repainted just a few months beforehand & was also fine when it was towed there! He tried to downplay it & said he'd get ahold of the owner. In the meantime, I received photos from the tow truck company proving it was fine upon arrival there, yet Kraig said the owner was only willing to pay for the back bumper! Thankfully I disputed the charges with the AMEX (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED), so then he caved in & paid for both bumpers. I later found out they will actually use a quad runner ATV to push in and out cars if necessary!! The tire was suspicious since it happened well into their possession, but I let it go since I wanted nothing else than to move on & put this behind us. If all this wasn't enough, they didn't even have the courtesy to use a paper floor mat, so my car was rather filthy especially on the driver side. Unless you want your car treated like this folks, there are places very close by (Ewerts Automotive, Art's automotive) that treat their customer's cars with more respect & are much more reasonable. Low integrity automotive charges approx $185/hr, which is comparable to dealers!!

I also told them I thought I had a bad wheel bearing. They charged me almost nothing because it was something bent that they straightened. If they would have charged me for a wheel bearing anyway, I wouldn't have blinked an eye. They are honest, fair, and awesome. They also will send you electronically a quote for every piece of work they might do, and you can individually accept/decline the jobs. Matt is a stellar guy, and I missed the secretary's name but she is always kind and patient with people (even those that might not deserve it). I tell everyone to bring their vehicles here and I firmly believe it.

The timing was awful as I was set to start driving to Boston right after work for my daughter's wedding. They could have charged me triple what they actually did and I would have happily paid. It would still have been cheaper than two plane tickets and a rental car with less than 24 hours notice. Had some body damage on my 2016 Tacoma and brought it to Turks. THE BEST Idea I've had in a long…read moretime. The truck looks great and you'd never know it was even damaged. Finished on time. I have NO complaints and LOTS of compliments/praise on the repair of the truck and the service done. The gentleman that I spoke to when I picked up the tuck was very helpful and informative, explained fully what was done. Paint is "Perfectly matched" body work "Perfectly done." One would be hard pressed to even know it was damaged. I give them a "perfect 100%" rating for the repair. 100% on the repair that is absolutely perfect, and looks like it was never damaged. The gentleman, I'm sorry but forgot his name who explained everything, IN DETAIL as to what was done. I'd recommend them to anyone for body work. As an aside, the gentleman who turned the truck over to me and explained what was done, and I was talking to mentioned "old classics" and I mentioned I had had a two owner 1969 Coronet Super Bee and one thing led to another in conversation and he mentioned he was a MOPAR fan and if I was ever around could I stop by with the car, so he could see it. Since I live only 10 minute away I came back with "The Bee" so he could see it. He found a wheel opening moulding bent, gave it a temporary "fix" checked the gas tank filler and said it "may have the wrong gas cap. Explained why, anad told me I should buy a new one, and took some pictures of the car. I would recommend Turks Collision Repair to anyone who wants a TOP NOTCH REPAIR done on their vehicle. In fact I'm so impressed I'm bringing the wifes 2019 Subaru to them to have some scratches, dings and small dents repaired! I know it'll be done right and on time!
