In Sep when we had all that rain my son's car had a lot of water inside. We then took a closer look and realized the floor boards were almost completely rusted through. I texted the salesman and he promised me for months he would trade me out of it. I even asked for just a partial refund and he told me to hold tight. I paid over $3,000 for car that was worth probably $500. Months went by and then he quit blue arrow and told me to contact them directly. I did that and the only they have done is offer me one car for an additional $1,000 and now they have just stopped responding. Never again will i go there to buy a car. Really disappointing being a single mom and placing your trust in someone and have it broken.
