For the last call, a regular cleaning could have caused damage to the sewer line which was breaking and was full of roots, so they water-flushed the blockage instead to get the water moving and I realized, it was time to replace the sewer line before it was too late. They covered the ground with tarps to minimize cleanup later, digging was a few feet deep but confined to the location of the line, narrow to the point that they saved a favorite rose bush that I was supposed to dig out. I appreciated seeing part of the removal process and the explanation of the original sewer material, how it was installed and how that eventually led to the wear. As great as that was, i should have done more estimates as they charged way more than it should have been. Word of advice, get a toilet through a store, then have them install it for cheaper. Anyhow a different tech came to put the new toilet in. He was nice and did a good job. However, should have checked the upper tank and it was wobbly a bit. I messaged them and ask if that's normal. A different tech came and temporary fixed it. I believe it's that type of tank that is just not steady in the upper part (top flush button) I ended up again using a towel to put behind to make it sturdy. Imagine that, a pricy toilet that uses a towel to keep the upper part sturdy. As annoying as it is to get estimates, you should definitely do that before you settle for one that's more pricy than it should have been. And all they care about is you rating them and keep asking you to rate them through email and phone.
