I would run away from having Mike to work on your fence or painting. He promised a great job and all we had was headache. Everything he committed to do for me he later changed his mind. The fence was totally done wrong and the wood is now separating on the fence only 6 months after his work. The height and the style was not even the same. You can see in-between the slates and the natural wood is showing. It's definitely a botched job all the way around. He over sprayed our fence into our neighbors pool and deck. I wanted to write a review so no one else wasted thousands of dollars on a terrible job. Our neighbor hated the work on the fence as well. Mike is a nice person but the quality is not there and he commits to work without writing it all down on his estimates so he isn't committed to follow it through. Be very cautious. read more

Complete nightmare. Mokram is a nice guy but didn't use painters tape and has no business painting. Extremely disappointed. He came back to re-do it and it still wasn't fixed. Much more than a handyman. We recently bought a home in Whitney Oaks that needed some updating. A friend recommended Mike, If he hadn't I might have called elsewhere because I was looking for a contractor. Mike IS a CONTACTER, he can do it all and with superior quality, cost, and great time management. Like many homes there was a built in entertainment center that would never fit our tv, with an off centered gas fireplace. It was not our style at all. He replaced it with a sleek electric fireplace so that We could hang our television directly above so it's centered to the room. To say we are pleased is an understatement. This was the worst experience we have had with a painter. He was unprofessional did a terrible job on our cabinets. We now have to have another painter come in and repaint our cabinets. They left a huge mess to cleanup did not mask off what needs to be masked off. His license number he gave to my wife is also a bogus license number. This guy has no business being in business. His quality is below sub par. He used the wrong technique to paint our cabinets. I could go on and on. Do not use this guy to to do anything. His workmanship is terrible and he is not qualified to do this type of work. We have runs in the paint and brush marks where he didn't spray enough paint and then tried to use a brush to touch up spots. Beware of this guy as he talks a good line but surely cannot back it up.
