We felt grateful and glad that we chose this hotel as it was one of the safest places we've stayed in so far. Located off I-40, it was both convenient and easily accessible. We saw so many cars and trucks with trailers (moving just like us) parked next to us which made us feel even more safer. Our room was clean and just what we needed. Staff were courteous and the hotel was in great condition. There were renovations going on but that didn't cause any inconvenience while entering/exiting or during parking. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for both short & long term stays.

Second the pillow cases and some towels were stained. The pillow cases looked as if someone had slept on them or they forgot to take them out of the dryer. They were very wrinkled! They need to update their linens and towels. Nasty fly in the room killed it with the remote. He must have been on his last leg. Room smelled like feet and the bed was sooooo hard! The men's bathroom in the main area was nasty and all clogged up. Although the hotel is very quiet from outside noise but don't try to sleep in because the maids are busy slamming doors left and right, over and over. They need rubber stoppers to put in the door. Also the bathroom door the handle was jacked so it was hard to get it to even close. On another note tho the maids were very nice... so now I am torn

Usually, when you're on the road and don't have reservations, you end up stopping and staying in hotels that are less than ideal. This Comfort Inn was thankfully nothing like that! We were surprised to find a full parking lot and lucky to get a room. Our biggest need was a hotel that was pet friendly, but not too noisy where our girl would bark throughout the night. I have no idea how a full hotel can be so quiet, but our dog didn't bark once. Our room was very spacious and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast exceeded expectations for a hotel like this. We came down for breakfast around an hour before it ended and there was still a lot of food. The spread included cheese omelets, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, and waffles. They even have a specialty coffee maker where you can get a latte or cappuccino among other things. It was so good! If we ever find ourselves on the road in this area again, this hotel would be our first choice for a stop!

The moment I told our group that we were staying in Pine Bluff all the reactions were, "Oh honey, I…read morewould of told you to stay clear from that area." After that moment I was afraid. I had booked this hotel due to the proximity to the grocery store (in case we needed something) and restaurants. There hasn't been a lot of recent reviews for this hotel so I bit the bullet and booked without knowing the general area. However (italicized), I was completely blown away with the hospitality from all the employees here. Everyone here was super sweet and welcoming. Our check in process was smooth. We had a room on the second floor and had a nice view of the parking lot with eyes on our vehicle. I must admit that there was an incident that occurred on the day that we checked in (completely our fault). I did the walk of shame to the front desk and apologized as much as I could for the incident but they were totally understanding and was able to place us on the fourth floor. Our view was from the back of the hotel which went into our favor since at night it gets pretty busy out front with people coming and going (There had to of been an event in town during our stay 'cause the hotel was fully booked) and it would of distracted us. The hotel itself is situated far removed from the shopping area so either way, we felt safe coming and going to our vehicle at night. The rooms were clean and tidy. There was even a note with the housekeepers name that had attended the room which gave it a personable feeling that the staff really cares about their guests. We booked a two queen bedroom and the beds were comfortable. The AC worked perfectly as it was super humid and hot during our stay and the showers worked perfectly. The best part was that there was both a microwave and mini fridge in each room so we were able to store food and heat up at our leisure (no having to find the communal microwave). The breakfast provided worked perfect for us. They had all the classic fixings: Boiled eggs, fruits, cereal, waffle makers, and hot items like bacon, eggs, and sausages. On Sunday they had biscuits and gravy that was delicious. The staff often checked on how stocked the choices were and brought more out as the morning rush came and went. The dining area was clean, bright, and had plenty of seating along with large flat screen TVs that often played sports or news. It was perfect when we had visitors, we all were able to sit down in the dinning area and mingled before the nights end. I have to say that I truly appreciate the maintenance worker. I was in a rush one morning and he came up to my husband to ask if it was okay to give our girls Barbie Dolls that he had purchased years ago and had it sitting in his office. He said he didn't often see little girls come through and wanted to give them to our kids (Granted the incident that occurred on day 1 was from a scuffle between my two children).
