The problem is he set up my pool to only circulate 2 hours a day and I started to get clumps of debris on one end of my pool (Baja step where the pool cleaner doesn't go). Also my spa suction to return ratio makes the spa drain over time. Paco blames this on my plumber. These two circumstances can be fixed with adjustment of the cams in the valves so they don't open all the way. Over the course of the past month I've been in communication trying to get him to fix the settings to way I want my pool to run and has been avoiding the trek back to make the adjustments. He charged me $300 for 30 minutes of work. If you want a custom pool not to be custom, I don't recommend.
