I just want to start of by saying how incredibly thankful we are for cornbread!! My husband and I were on a road trip from Ky to Florida when driving at night we crashed into the freeway concrete wall causing our entire front wheel to break and come off leaving us stranded on the road for 9 hours. One of the worst towing experiences I've dealt with. My family and I are from out of town, about 2 hours away. When our car wrecked, and it was towed by J&M, we thought nothing about it. However, I'm pretty sure either a.) the people running the buisness saw people from out of town to take advantage of or b.) they're generally this horrible. We arrived in a single vehicle. My father and a friend both entered the building at the same time, and yet they decided to charge one of them a $25 fee for entering the tow yard, even though the first time is supposedly free. At one point, my sister had to use the bathroom. I understand the choice to privatize the bathroom, however if I was working and someone came in crying because they'd been holding it for hours, I would have let them use it. Apparently, these buisness owners think differently. They finally relented, after my sister had a crying episode and almost went on herself. And then they lastly had the nerve to rush us out. The wrecked vehicle is a rear wheel drive. To properly transport it, we had to undo the drivetrain. You would think mechanics would understand this, but yet again, J&M dissapoints. We ended up stopping at a car wash literally 5 minutes down the road to properly secure the vehicle right because they essentially forced us out. read more

We blew a tire on our RV on a very dangerous stretch of road and J&M came out very quickly and helped to change the tire. Price was cheaper than quoted on phone. They were a lifesaver! read more

We called J&M after our transmission went out on I65 and the other "24 hour" towing shop wouldn't pick up. I'm so glad they didn't. J&M was at our location within 10 minutes of calling. Our driver was kind and courteous and drove us to the closest town and arranged with a local business owner for our car to stay in the lot overnight so we could get family to pick us up. I couldn't more highly recommend the prompt and courteous service provided by J&M. read more

Called AAA at 11 am with a burned up wheel bearing on our travel trailer talked to the road service tech on the phone he stated he was working on another vehicle and would get to us in a couple hrs that turned into almost 6 hrs later still during normal business hrs. Once he was on site he got us torn apart he took some of our pieces with him when he returned I must say he worked non stop to get us back together it was nearly 12 hrs after our initial call and over twice the original estimate but he did get us back on the road and did call the next day to make sure we didn't have any issues. Happy to say we made it back to our home over 600 miles away without a problem. I am not however happy with the fact that I called in at 11 am and discovered a 150 dollar after hr fee and a 27.79 card fee for using my credit card .
