The Pastor and Lengua were my favorites: well seasoned, tender, and packed with flavor. At $2.25 each, the value is excellent. The torta is loaded with lengua and massive ($10). The bread looks bakery-made or freshly baked, not store-bought, which really sets it apart. The surprise star was the elote. For $4.50, you get enough to share with 2-3 people. Perfect balance of corn, cotija, mayo, and roja salsa--so good I'll be ordering two next time. The local community has expressed that they have other food trucks that come by occasionally, but we have been coming throughout this summer and those are the trucks we have experienced so far. I have not tried to boba tea truck option yet, but the food for the other trucks are amazing quality! The staff are very friendly and seem to have a genuine passion for what they do. The lot itself has seating including several picnic benches, and some are even covered for the hot summer months! I love this place and have had multiple amazing experiences, I definitely recommend this venue to anyone and everyone - it's even super family friendly!!
