My new favorite spot in Paris !! I somewhat new to town and have only ventured out to a handful of restaurants in Paris and there is only 3 that I have gone back to and since going here I have been back many times . The service, food, and prices all meet my wants for a good restaurant... Try the cheese cake chimichanga at least one time and let me know what you think. Pro tip : As soon as you sit down and and they bring you the chips and salsa and ask for your drink order ask them for some tortillas. They will bring out some warm tortillas with a squirt bottle of butter and a separate one with honey that you can enjoy while you decide on what to order and during the time it takes to get your order. Ok. After trying multiple different Mexican restaurants in town, my mind is set! Garibaldis (across the street from Kroger's) is the best spot for Mexican food in Paris. Their salsa is good, their chips are always fresh and just right. Their beef fajitas are super good, so are the chicken quesadillas. The staff is always friendly when I go in. This place is definitely slept on, next time you're feeling Mexican food please give Garibaldis a go, you won't be disappointed. New in town. This place was on my "try" list, so we stopped in for a late lunch. Waitress was attentive. I had the small shrimp cocktail and Mexican tacos (street tacos) topped with really good salsa! My son had a really good sized cheeseburger with fries, but he enjoyed my beans. Small little restaurant but the food is five stars! My daughter had the Carne Asada tacos. She had held a Houston establishment as the best until this restaurant and now this one topped them all. try the Garibaldi dip as an appetizer. Their meat was good-Marinated and seasoned just right. Chips were amazingly thin and crispy. Couldn't leave without trying the banana chimichanga cheesecake and tres leche. Have to say the banana chimichanga was my fav by far! If you're ever passing through this way, stop in. Service is excellent and bathroom was very clean which says a lot about the place. read more

The cleanliness, waitresses, and food are always great when we eat here. Sadly enough, however, the owner/manager's attitude is consistently offensive. So much so that it ruins the overall experience and we will not be back. Simple actions like a smile and words such as "thank you" or "have a nice day" are not that difficult to offer paying customers. read more

you wouldn't know it by looking at it from outside. but it is spacious inside, clean and bright. we tried the chimichangas and taquitos, both were crispy and tasty, well seasoned. the sauces were all well made.
