Today is my appt. and they have texted again to say that they cannot make it because of more unexpected repairs. To make matters worse, they said they couldn't turn the system back on and that we might have to wait until Monday for a full system replacement. This all happened on the Wednesday before the Fourth of July, with temperatures well into the triple digits. We have five kids and two dogs, and the thought of going several days without air conditioning was overwhelming. Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion and called Airtime Cooling & Heating. Jacob came out, started his own evaluation without us telling him what the first company had diagnosed, and quickly impressed us. He simply turned the system back on, ran his own diagnostics, and gave us his honest opinion. His conclusion was completely different--our system did not need to be replaced. Not only did he get our AC running again, but he also took the time to explain what he believed had happened, what to watch for if it occurred again, and even walked us through how to troubleshoot it ourselves. That kind of honesty, education, and customer service is incredibly rare. Instead of facing what could have been a very expensive and unnecessary replacement, we paid for a diagnostic visit, got our AC back, and gained confidence in our system. Because of this experience, we've switched from our previous HVAC company to Airtime Cooling & Heating for all of our future maintenance and service. If Jacob is any indication of the quality of their technicians, they have earned a customer for life. Jacob was truly a 10 out of 10.
