After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. We received quotes ranging from $1,500 to $4,000 from other roofers and assumed we'd be paying out of pocket. Instead of trying to sell us a repair, Carol suggested we contact Velux directly, as she thought the skylight might still be under warranty. She was absolutely right. Velux confirmed that the skylight is covered and will inspect and repair it under warranty.
