You pay only after each service (ie: you don't pay in advance). ASF has very reasonable prices. Since then, I've had them come out for 2 summers. Kao was our tech today and he did an amazing job. Not cheap! $1,300 to pressure wash and clean my exterior windows. But the guys they sent were hard working and did a great job. Would happily use again. We had one issue - they ran their pressure washer in an enclosed area, so fumes built up and went into our house. This set off CO2 detectors and caused two firetrucks to race to our home. A small brigade of firefighters aired out the house and everything was fine in the end, but it was a hassle.
