Juan & I scheduled a phone consultation to remove one tree which was planted in a stupid location by the builder of my new home. When he came out, I offered him another tree & he agreed to rescue it as well. Being a massive tree hugger I could not just sit back & watch the trees die as all my neighbors have allowed. I had to re-home them. I of course was happy to pay someone to remove them, I just did not want them killed. They were just saplings. Juan & his friend quickly got to work & popped those babies right back out of the earth & packaged them up & took them to put them in their new homes. Mind you, Juan drove all the way from Seguin out to Brauning Lake, after working all day at another job to take care of this because I was afraid they were going to die if they weren't rescued soon. After getting the trees I explained to Juan that I wanted to deck the area where the original tree was being removed. (The other tree removal was a bonus for me.) His friend stated that he does that work. He gave me a quote to do the deck, & we quickly got to work talking about what was needed, as I want to purchase the materials. (Control freak, maybe ) So, I'm now going to have my deck done as well. To say this was a good experience is an understatement for sure. As a first time home owner, & this being my first time working with a home business company, I am one extremely happy customer. About 4 months ago things started to change. He was no longer reliable, truthful, or dependable. I discovered that he was lying about cutting different properties and was always filled with hundreds of excuses. Meanwhile, he then tells me he got a big mowing job at the VA. Well, I am happy for him, but you don't just kick your good customers that pay within an hour of the property being completed to the curb. His communication skills are totally absent, and you constantly have to run after him. When he starts making excuses, you need to cut him loose. There are many lawn care people out there that are dying for the jobs and the work. Find one of them and give them your business. Dwayne doesn't care. This is the current condition of how he has just walked away with no communication and the condition he has left my property in. The backyard looks the same.
