Moreover, the Almost Perfect crew was a model of professionalism with the entire installation being completed in one day with impeccable clean-up afterwards! And it was 95 degrees plus outside. Vinny was the most knowledgeable and with the fairest prices. From the start, Vinny understood the complexity of the grading, while his competitors did not. His team followed the exact manufacturers specifications when installing the walkway (it is essential not to skimp on these base materials). Additionally, his team didn't simply seed the lawn, they sowed the seeds and seeded at the same time, essentially double seeding the front yard. They also took the extra step to use shade grass seed for the areas that did not receive direct sunlight. His team was prompt, efficient, and tidy. He estimated the work would take 2 1/2 days, and offered a very fair price for a lot of work by any definition. Pedro and his guys worked efficiently, safely, cleanly, and courteously. They powered through the work (some of which was very precarious with large limbs overhanging a neighbor's house.) Was the work equipment loud? Sure. Was the work messy? Yup. But, the team minimized the noise by only firing up the chipper when necessary (I've lived through other tree companies that leave the chipper running throughout the entire day), and raking & blowing the debris throughout the day. They completed the job ahead of schedule. And, the entire property looks spectacular. They did a phenomenal job! Two thumbs up from this very satisfied customer. Give Pedro a call. I will amend this review, depending on what he does to make things right. He requested I pay him in full close to $10,000 so he will complete the project.
