In the end the diagnosis was inaccurate, and I only needed a Hydro-jetting... but warranty service plumber said it was an understandable mistake as there was some minor offsets that could have caught the camera, and the sludge would have prevented a good view.

He tinkered around with a few things and it worked when left. As soon as he hit the road he stopped. Gary called him to tell him that it quit he said "it worked when I left." Poor answer and service. Did not offer to come back and finish the job. Kept saying it was the pump which it wasn't. The pump tested good. We paid this guy $375 for NOTHING. We believe we should have a refund. He did nothing to check for the problem or fix the problem.
