I took the machine in for an inspection. The tech said the pump housing was cracked but the machine was otherwise solid. $65.00 to replace the pump and it is still washing my clothes the machine has to be 15+ years old and works great. Next the old dryer gave out, it had worked for a long time and was due to be replaced. AAS had a reconditioned dryer for $145.00 excellent condition and worked perfect. The technician sold me the dryer and had it loaded into my truck in less than 15 minutes. Been running great for months and I couldn't be happier with it.This dryer now can keep up with the washer!! A super time saver on laundry day! Then some friends told me they were paying $67.00 every two weeks to Rent-a-Center for their washer dryer set. We went to AAS and found a comparable matched set for $325.00 for the pair. The AAC team delivered quickly and helped us get them set and ready to go. They work perfect. The rental place cost would have been close too $2000.00 more to pay for the other units. Visit the store, give them a call. Further they were barely any help at all to try to source new parts (did most of the legwork myself). Instead they stuck a heavy wrench tool between hinge where the door meets the oven body and applied body weight pressure against the door -- which they said has worked for other customers it did absolutely nothing at all to fix our issue except to make everything worse. Then they spent the next 15 minutes telling me to consider a new $3000+ unit.

At no point was it clearly explained that this would be a trial-and-error process with uncertain results. Very disappointing experience--both in terms of the repair outcome and how the situation was handled.
