Unfortunately Fed Ex misprinted the Delivery address and by the time I was able to get that corrected I was informed that there was no guarantee that the package would be delivered on the day it was required and that it was at the Fed Ex delivery hub in Riverdale. Frantic, I began calling courier services who would be able to pickup the package at Fed Ex and deliver it to Hill AFB. Thank goodness I was able to stumble upon J & R in my google search!! Joanne arrange to pick up the package at Fed Ex and was able to contact the person who the package was addressed to and deliver it to them right outside of Hill. My day went from "FRANTIC" to "ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY SATISFIED"!! Thank you J & R, I recommend them to everyone and wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

Pigeon Ship provided me with a tracking number that didn't work so I was not able to check the status of my order. They hardly ever answer the phone, when they do they tell you to just wait until 8pm. It's always the same person that answers the phone, it's like a one man show sort of company. Needless to say, they lied and didn't deliver my package. I had to cancel the order. I'm not sure what measures they take to make sure their drivers I use proper measures to sanitize since this company is like an Uber delivery service, they have drivers that volunteer if they want to work that day. Never use them unless you want headaches!
