I started out with a driveway that was shifting and lifting, and Groundworks came out to repair the…read moredriveway so it wouldn't progress. The repair didn't work out and cracked the driveway more. The company came back out to check the repair because it continued to crack. We came to an agreement that Groundworks would repair the full driveway for a reduced cost and I am thrilled. They are coming out Friday, and we will see what happens, but I feel that Groundworks genuinely wanted to make me happy and accepted that their repair was not up to their standards. They were willing to accept the accountability for their part and negotiated in good faith. It took some time but I am happy with the resolution. Melinda

Buyer beware! I have spent two months trying to get them to come and take a look at the foundation…read morework they did, which is under warranty (and not very good work) and they are not responsive. However, when they wanted to charge me $20,000 for new repairs, they were very fast to provide a contract and answer phone calls. It seems like they have no intention on honoring their warranty, although they are quick to ask for more money for other work. They promised stability in their foundation work, which they did about 2 years ago. Since then, the house moves more than ever. I have had to call someone to fix the outside door three times in two years since they repaired the foundation. An inside bathroom door does not close anymore for the first time in 20 years, and this is after they worked on the foundation two years ago. And Groundworks won't schedule a time to even take a look at it, even after I have been calling them for two months. They clearly have no intention to honor their warranty.
