I called this guy last Friday asking him to come out due to my a/c not working. He told me no problem hell be out Monday. Gets around lunch time and I call to ask for a time frame to which he replied that he got tied up and his current was taking longer but should be 3-5 and if it was earlier he'd let me know. Come 6pm that same night I called him multiple times with no answer or returned call. I call again the next morning and he tells me his phone broke yesterday and he was stuck with no contacts or anything and that he'd be over as soon as he could. Weak excuse, but i took it politely and agreed just to relieve no call until 9pm after i told my aunt that referred him i was gonna find someone else since today was gonna be so hot. During this conversation he once again gave me an excuse and said he'd be over around 9am this morning. When I called him at 10am to fire him (a whole hour late) he asked if I was sure and once again gave me an excuse about being tied up and said he was about to head my way. When I told him I was sure and that I wanted his company name he got EXTREMELY hostile. This turned into an hour long text battle that I tried to end multiple times that eventually ended in him giving me a customers address in Newcastle to meet him so we can fight. I am truly surprised that an either active or former member of the grady County sheriff's debt would act in this manner to a potential customer OR a citizen theyre supposed to protect and serve. Im making sure to post this on everything I can and I hope it saves at least one other family from having to endure their personal information being given out or being verbally attacked after being abandoned by this "man".
