They made sure the gutters and drains were clear as well, multiple times they sprayed down the house, and cleaned up all debris as they worked. We paid for the extra pressure wash and let me tell you, our outside front, back, and sides of the house and all concrete areas (landing, driveway, walk ways, porch, etc.) look pristine. I highly suggested adding it on. Once everything dried, there is no chemical or mold/must smell. Everything is truly, wonderfully clean. It's easy to tell from the initial use of a drone to inspect the roof, the team arriving early, the quick communication, and the outcome exceeding our expectations, this company and team value the quality of their work. I have called, texted, emailed, off and on for the past few months and have had no response. I even posed as someone interested for them to come out, only to be ignored after I presented my request under their warranty. Very disappointed.

The job (by one person) took about four hours, non-stop. He did a great job, and did as much…read morecleanup as was possible (washed parts of the house that had gotten dirty, such as soffits, windows, walls). He even asked our next door neighbors for permission to clean up a bit that went over there (homes here are very close together). In the areas that I and my husband were able to look at, it looks almost like a new roof. As you can see from the before / after photos, there are a few stains remaining, but all living garbage (moss, lichen, and whatever else was growing up there) is completely gone. They were highly recommended by our roofer, so I didn't get any other quotes. I can't say whether the price was high, low, or average. At roughly 75 cents per square foot, the cost was certainly more than I was expecting. (The type of roof, as well as its pitch, probably also factors in to the pricing.) So 5* for the job as accomplished, with the caveat that the price seemed high. But then again, what doesn't these days?
