The only reason I did not call him out on his rude and disrespectful manner was at that time I did not know if anyone else in town had access to Simonton products. They couldn't come immediately, but were in constant communication until they could come a few days later. Our one day project turned into 2.5 days (which I found out about half way through day one): 2 days for the original project and another couple hours for repairs/corrections. After everything was completed, I'm still finding paint splatters on our floor, missed patchwork, poorly done patches, and some paint inconsistencies.
