Rood and deceptive staff and mechanic says he's going to replace my brake pads and rotors first for 500.00 then says later on its going to be 945.00 then today he said it would be 1000.00. Months before he didn't admit it but he didn't hang up his phone properly but when it was of the hook after I asked him a bunch of questions. He called me a f@#!$%# moron in the background to his worker. And bear in mind I have severe neurological disorders and thats why I call a lot and ask a lot of questions. But if this is the result of this place disrespecting a customer, I'm not returning. Be warned. read more

He isn't trying to be greedy or upsell you on anything. Just matter of fact and his prices are insanely reasonable. I've had issues to years with my 06 sequoia and been told from tons of mechanics over the years that it would cost upwards of thousands to take apart the vehicle to inspect and find the actual problem. Drove my deceased sisters older '98 escort up from San Diego, some months later had a water pump issue, called up and within two days they got it done and that was over a year ago. Just today, I dropped it off again for a fuel issue and service light showing a problem. With the understanding that they were really booked up and in no real need to have it done right away agreed willingly to have it done when they could, was told it might be a couple of days. Guess what? The team there got it done this same day! And they did me right, price was also right-on and when I asked another question about something that I thought might be done in that I plan on keeping the car, was told it wasn't needed! I left numerous messages over a one week period asking if they could work on my 1978 ford and never once received a call back. I'm assuming a no call meant no they couldn't work on it, but a call from an actual person would've been nice with that message. Maybe they're updating their voicemail system? Tried JB for the first time and was extremely happy. Did brakes, difficult wheel bearing replacement and oil change. Everything was perfect. The oil filter is located just above the chassis and every person that has changed it leave a mess. JB is the first to leave it spotless.
