Rood and deceptive staff and mechanic says he's going to replace my brake pads and rotors first for 500.00 then says later on its going to be 945.00 then today he said it would be 1000.00. Months before he didn't admit it but he didn't hang up his phone properly but when it was of the hook after I asked him a bunch of questions. He called me a f@#!$%# moron in the background to his worker. And bear in mind I have severe neurological disorders and thats why I call a lot and ask a lot of questions. Drove my deceased sisters older '98 escort up from San Diego, some months later had a water pump issue, called up and within two days they got it done and that was over a year ago. Just today, I dropped it off again for a fuel issue and service light showing a problem. With the understanding that they were really booked up and in no real need to have it done right away agreed willingly to have it done when they could, was told it might be a couple of days. I left numerous messages over a one week period asking if they could work on my 1978 ford and never once received a call back. Tried JB for the first time and was extremely happy. Did brakes, difficult wheel bearing replacement and oil change. Everything was perfect. The oil filter is located just above the chassis and every person that has changed it leave a mess. JB is the first to leave it spotless.
