I had a very good experience at the Arroyo Grande American Tire Depot earlier this week. My family and I experienced a flat tire nearby and were having some major car issues. The car was making weird noises, was riding rough, and had several error lights come up on the dash board. I brought the car to this American Tire Depot location because I normally go to a location in San Diego (where I live) and my car tires were under warranty. The team - especially Joel - were super nice, quick, and most importantly honest. They were able to quickly get a new tire on my car, answered the several questions I had, and even checked out the warning lights and car in general. It was important for me to feel comfortable because I needed to drive my family back to San Diego and wanted to ensure my car was safe to drive. Thank you Joel and team for being good to me. I had a simple tire rotation appointment for my 2007 RAV4 Sport V6 at 12:00 p.m. because I had just done an oil change last week. The tire rotation was done daily, quickly, and surprisingly, they got my car in about 5 minutes early. The tire rotation itself took about 15 to 20 minutes. And yes, the tire rotation is free of charge, which is amazing. While an appointment isn't strictly necessary, American Tire Depot can sometimes get busy, so I still recommend setting one up. read more

American Tire Depot (related to Discount Tire) was awesome. Unlike many Discount Tire locations- this location offers additional services like oil changes and brake services. I tow a fifth wheel full time so I needed to do an oil change and tire rotation. heros... came to a single old lady's rescue took out a nail and patched it in30 min. I don't have family or anyone to call for help. My daughter was recently driving home from San Luis Obispo heading to LA when she started having steering issues.
