Within a week, we selected the setting and the diamond, and the customer service team had the diamond set and the ring resized. Mana and Panna were incredibly helpful and kind. They showed us the setting and the diamond in all sorts of different lighting conditions; and, they even took the time to show us the diamond under the microscope (including showing us the GIA certification laser inscription). My husband and I were looking for a wedding ring almost 17 years ago and found that Ari Diamonds was just the best jewelers in town and they helped us to design a ring for me. It has 3 different types of diamonds and three bands. The center band holds a trillion cut diamond set in white gold with a gold band of 3 Marquise and round diamonds which wrap around one side of the trillion and a gold band of round diamonds which wrap around the other side of the trillion. I now have arthritis in my hands so I couldn't get my ring on or off very easily. A few days ago I took my ring to see if there was anything Ari Diamonds could do for me. They fixed my ring so I am able to wear it comfortably by adding a spring in the shank. Everyone there makes sure that you have an excellent experience.
