Edison couldn't fix it because it fell under an owner-specific height requirement, so I had to find an electrician myself. The companies my property management team contacted were unbelievably expensive, it honestly felt like they were taking advantage of the situation since it was a rental property. Thankfully, Edison referred me to Shaun (S-H-A-U-N) from Crestline Electric, and he was incredible. He came out, assessed everything, and gave me a quote that was completely reasonable. Not only that, he was extremely personable, honest, and straightforward. His work was excellent, and I immediately felt at ease knowing I was working with someone who truly cared about doing the job right, not upselling or exploiting the situation. Since then, I've continued to use Shaun for other electrical projects because he did such an amazing job and has stayed in communication throughout the process. He's fair, he tells you honestly what you need (and what you don't need), and he'll be upfront if something will be costly. I highly recommend Shaun from Crestline Electric for any electrical needs in Crestline or anywhere nearby. He's trustworthy, reliable, and truly exceptional at what he does.

(Plumbing Division) arrived a few minutes before the appointment window, and got right down to things. A fix-it plan was developed, an estimate was prepared, parts availability confirmed, and the work scheduled for tomorrow morning. Update. The next day, Adam returned as agreed and installed the part and adjusted it to specifications, and completed the work in a flash. He arrived and completed the work within the appointment window! I have used Burgeson's for many years, including AC, Heating, and now Plumbing. Burgesons installed a new electrical circuit for a mini split...I don't know if that was the AC/Heating crew or the Electrical crew, but the work was flawless, as was the mini split installation. I'd be surprised if Burgeson's would be the least cost on most of the work they have done for me, but I'm sure their work is top notch and reasonably priced, so I have not bothered to get other quotes since I already know who I want to do the work.

As a fellow small business owner, it is disappointing to have to write a review under these…read morecircumstances. I am writing to formally address my experience with Paul Bradshaw Electric regarding a 3-way light switch at my vacation rental in Running Springs. After reaching out to a few electricians in the area, Paul was the first to get back to me. I initially contacted him when an exterior light switch stopped working. During his first visit, he diagnosed & repaired the switch stating it was faulty and charged $375 for the repair. When the issue recurred a few weeks later, he returned and charged an additional $400 for the repair and suggested if the problem reoccurs there may be unseen issues like faulty wiring or mice chewing through wiring in the walls. When the switch stopped working a third time I again reached out to Paul and we set a date and time for him to check the switch out again. I unfortunately had a last minute booking through Airbnb so I attempted to reschedule with him to which he replied "I'm not available" (see photo attached). He did not respond further or make any attempt to reschedule the appointment. A short time later, I was at the home with my family and I discovered that the downstairs switch was simply connected to a second switch in the upstairs bedroom that I was previously unaware of. When the upstairs switch is in the "on" position, the downstairs light works perfectly and still does. This indicates that the switch was never faulty; the issue was simply the configuration of the 3-way system. As a licensed electrician, this is a basic diagnostic check that should have been performed before charging $775 for unnecessary repairs as Paul had a helper with him both times and could have easily checked all potential 3 way switches controlling outside lights in the home. I have attempted to reach out to him several times via text to discuss this, and while my records show the messages have been read, I have received no response as seen per the attached screenshot. Given that the original switch was not faulty and the services provided did not resolve the issue, I requested at least a partial refund of the fees paid. I requested this and again, he read the text but would not respond. If you are looking for an electrician in the Big Bear/Running Springs area I would highly recommend using anyone else besides Paul Bradshaw electric.
