I am editing my review for JC. He came today to power wash the areas that had the spills and added deodorizer to the areas he spilled the dirty water. It smells amazing now. I appreciate his willingness to make this right. I tried to clean it by rinsing with water but it didn't help. I would be willing to give him another chance. read more

Joshua was on time, professional and quick. He did a better job on our carpets than the last two companies we have used. We had one room where our dog had gotten sick (both ends) and Josh got ALL of the stain and the smell out of the carpet. Our carpets literally look better than they did when we moved in 2 years ago!
