Altogether they installed carpet, hardwoods, a stair runner, and mohawk laminate flooring. Once we offered on our new home, we needed the carpet replaced in our old house asap so we could list it. They replaced the carpet in two bedrooms and closets in one day. The photo showing the hardwood was previously carpet and we preferred hardwood against the back door entry. Patrick did a beautiful job. We were going to do LVP in the hallway upstairs but Patrick recommended we try Mohawk laminate. It was a GREAT choice. We appreciated the promptness of measuring our kitchen and providing a quote. Unfortunately, after paying the first half as a down payment, there were delays in the shipment of materials that pushed the installment back 11 days. We felt that Marcus' communication during this time could have been better, particularly since it left us without a stove for over 2 weeks. The final product (pictured below) looked good overall, but we were disappointed in a couple of the decisions with quarter rounds that looked funky. Marcus did get someone out to fix it within 24 hours. The final charge wasn't what he initially quoted, but that was remedied with a few emails. Overall, Marcus' communication was not what we were hoping for, and we likely won't be going back to Floor Masters.

He was receptive to all questions, indicated what they would cover in the quote along with screen removal, downspout removal, reinstall for both, deck prep, and staining with 2 coats. Their quote was not the lowest, but was in the middle. The real reasons I chose them was because I liked them when they came out for the in-person quote/estimate, and their truck appeared to be maintained (that's a big signal for me about care of work). On days of work, couldn't have been more pleased. Amazing job on deck prep, screen removal (labelled with tape), care of ladders, deck washing.
