However, after cleaning, over the next several weeks, the fringe on one side of my rug deteriorated badly and fell apart. I called the company, not necessarily to get reimbursement or a "fix" from the, but to find companies, etc. that could replace the fringe. After all it was an older rug and possibly UV light effected the condition of the fringe. They were concerned and asked various specific questions saying they'd chat with the owner. They say this type of thing doesn't happen often. My main complaint is that it's been two weeks and I haven't heard anything back from them. You decide.

Both rooms had food stains and actual food stuck on the carpet (kids fault ). Jamie was able to get all the stains out from both rooms and make them look brand spanking new!
