I'm a big fan of this place for a few reasons: 1. They are green. No harsh chemicals, no wasteful practices (or at least minimized wasteful practices.) 2. They are franchised, so you are dealing with a small business owner in each location. 3. The owner at this location is a great guy. Seems to always be there so he must work a gazillion hours a week, but he is always friendly and is quite knowledgeable. 4. Everything I've brought here has come back clean, neat, and whole. They are not the cheapest, but they are not in the top 50% of the most expensive either. I can walk here from work, and this is officially my new dry cleaner. He also arranges deals with workplaces to create company discounts, and he is very reasonable in making such arrangements. read more

A major rip off. I spent over 75 dollars to have my leather jacket cleaned. It had mildew on it, they stated they could not remove it. I got home and used a household mold remover and it worked. Makes one wonder what they did. Or didn't do!,,, They shouldn't charge high prices if they can't do a job. Green or not. read more

Horrible place, way overpriced, incompetent and ruined 2 pairs of brand new slacks. I had just bought two suits each over $600. The pants that come with these suits needed to be hemmed and went to Green Dry Cleaning to have that done. The guy who helped me was very friendly. I asked him to measure the pants as he is the professional. He seemed to be struggling, but got it done. Unfortunately they don't have tailoring services on premise, so the pants needed to be shipped. That's fine, I didn't need them right away anyways. He charged $24 per pair of pants for simple straight hems - but well, I assumed them to be good. I got the paints back today and to my shock they are more than 3" too short!! Basically ruining two brand new suits of mine. I'll never go back to that place. read more

I promised the owner I would share my experience, and I wouldn't want to be called a liar. I called this morning just to get pricing on 4 common items our family has cleaned, so I could price compare to Holly, Champion, Sudbury, etc. Pricing isn't posted online, so I had to call or go in and I wasn't going to visit every single cleaner in town versus just making a few phone calls. Not only did the owner accuse me of some sort of corporate espionage and refused to answer me, he then encouraged me to post my experience for all to see when I told him I would just be honest with my neighbors so no one else needs to have this same experience. Don't be fooled by Josh C. who wrote a negative review back in February and never actually patronized this dry cleaner. He missed out big time. He was assuming the lowest priced dry cleaner in Sudbury would be the best.
