However I totally spaced on this until 3 days before the end of the month. I called too clean on a Tuesday morning, Trace said he could meet to give an estimate around noon. The crew came over used some digital tape measure thing (pretty neat) & gave me a SUPER quote. They were even available the next day to render services Because of a crazy work schedule, I wasn't able to be there. These gentlemen came in got the work done in what sounds like an hour, locked up my place & sent me an invoice via email- it couldn't have been easier. I appreciate the swift, friendly & personable service I revived- this is what happens when you call the "small" guys. Big MAHALO for helping me get my deposit back!

Trace arrived on time, appropriately dressed and was professional yet personable. He did a great job on our carpets and fabric furniture cushions. We had one area with sticky residue from a carpet protector left on top long. Trace came back the next day to use a special chemical to help remove the. "stickyness" Price was reasonable and carpets came out better than expected.

The second time was purchasing ceramic tiles for the shower wall of my parents' condo during their building-wide plumbing replacement. And...they were nice about everything...When I had questions about the process, they responded to my e-mails in a very timely manner. Paradise did not do the carpet installation themselves, but they were able to provide me with contact information for vendors that they had vetted and found to be reliable. Alex (the worker) did a great job repairing my pool deck tile and ultimately turned me around from sour to satisfied. The only reason I give them 4-stars was because they initially dropped the ball.
