They have a lot of precautions put into place including taking temperatures when you enter. Additionally everyone in the salon wore their masks correctly which is not something that occurs in many places. Andy was very easy to work with and I was confident with the length (removing 12+ inches) and style that he suggested. I was very happy with my cut and look forward to visiting again. Trent has been cutting my hair for a few months now and I get so many compliments. I even had him wax my eyebrows.... Fyi not as painful as I had thought. Miranda has been cutting my partners hair, and his too looks great. We have a set apt every three weeks, which I never thought I'd like because I hate pre-sch my life, but it's been so refreshing knowing, that day and time are mine. There are a lot of products, plants, and service options, so you could spend an entire morning here! Emma did my blowout, and I felt totally taken care of. My hair hadn't been washed in about a week because I have it colored & am waiting for my new shower filter so that my hair doesn't get brassy from my bad water. She was so sweet, asked me what products I usually use, and I left with my hair looking as good as it did the day I got it colored. I loved the curls she added. The bottom half was untouched and was my natural brunette color even after paying for a full service. My haircut was so awful I cried for days until I could get it done again by someone else, it was completely uneven on both sides and one side was extra choppy. I left multiple messages trying to get in contact with Tristan to see if he could fix my hair because I was so unhappy with it. He ignored me and then blocked me. Extremely unprofessional. I was a loyal client to be treated this way. He has made mistakes in the past but usually he gets back to me and is apologetic. This last time i'm left overcharged, with terrible hair, and blocked. He doesn't seem to care about hair or clients anymore. This happened January 8th, 2026 so i've left plenty of time for him to reach out or even say sorry for ruining my hair. Save your money.
