Lisa was very, VERY attentive to my needs and all I can say are good things! We had a miscommunication on what I wanted originally and she handled it with grace and skill. I got my rather long hair cut into long layers, trimmed, thinned out, lifted (bleached) and colored. My hair feels so much lighter now that Lisa thinned it out. My neck used to hurt sometimes because my hair was so thick/heavy and I don't have that problem now, which is a relief. Lisa colored the bleached parts of my hair a gorgeous teal/green color, and I love it! She did what I wanted done with my hair, not what she wanted, which is a good thing to find in a stylist, and it's been hard for me to find in the past.
