I followed up with a text to her asking her if she had found my other Golden Earring and how long until I should wash my hair usually it is only one day I'm instructing she told me wait till the morning meaning two days. Well I washed it and it looks like crap you can see the extensions all over my scalp she is going to use the excuse that they do not match my hair whatsoever yet I have darker hair she could've used on top that are darker blonde low lights. I bought these specifically for this reason and for some reason I guess my stylist that I usually go to is able to have the common sense not to smack dab put things on top of my head like she promised she wouldn't in the first place,having barely some strands to put over the tape ends I feel like this is so vindictive and screwed up. I paid $200 for the service I tipped her $50 bought some unnecessary hair product I did not need, for not only to have her chase out after me From the salon with my new hair saying I had left it in her drawer she had just found it. When was my Hair In your drawer ?!Most likely only because I tipped her like a decent human being 25%.I'm super upset with Stephanie won't be returning, and I hope everyone reads this review.I don't even have an even amount of packs of my new hair so that goes to show you people steal more expensive hair. So I went to the studio on bridge and the owner kindly gave me a consultation and for me set up with Maia to fix the color. The music was completely inappropriate for a business setting, especially one hosting an event for children. When I asked a staff member if they could change or turn off the music, her response was, "No one has complained all day." I was honestly floored by that response. I explained that I did not want my children listening to that type of music. She eventually spoke with the other staff members and changed the station, but the replacement music was still not appropriate for the setting. As a parent, I should not have to ask a business hosting a back-to-school event for children to play appropriate music.
