They checked in to make sure I was finding everything okay. I found a few things I was interested in and tried them on. I loved one item. J.crew Factory is great for their basics but they really have a lot of cute dresses, skirts, pants and more. The quality is a little different from the non factory store, but I've still been happy with items I've purchased. There is definitely room for shopping at both. I went to the counter to make my purchase. The cashier was helping someone else so another employee came to help me. He was really welcoming, upbeat and helpful. My sale was quick and easy. I had a terrible experience at the San Marcos store and haven't been back since so I was a little apprehensive. After this visit, I will definitely return in the future. The service level is what I am accustomed to having been both a J Crew and Factory store customer for years. As an added bonus it's much closer to me than the other locations.

She hit a huge growth spurt and I wasn't exactly sure how shoes should fit on her, and he was exceptionally helpful. He got us out 3 different sizes, laced them up, felt her toes and spent time explaining to me how to tell if the shoe is a good fit for a growing kids foot. I was super impressed with his customer service. He was so patient even though the place was slammed and tons of other people were coming at him. I cant remember the name of the gal who helped us at the dressing room, but she was super upbeat and helpful. She helped us grab different sizes and styles of clothing. I have seen reviews where people knock the store for it's prices. They must not understand that this store sells name brand items and is consistent with other stores selling the same items. I understand not everyone can afford it, but it's not fair to rate the store low because of its prices when they are fair. There are plenty of stores with less expensive options available. This Tilly's is always super clean, well stocked, and has super customer service oriented staff. I also love the Moolah bucks you rack up and can use towards future purchases. Most people were on the hunt for sandals, as their shoes tend to be over 100 dollars. The offerings were in big boxes by size where you had to hunt and peck for shoes. The offerings did not only include sandals, but also included slippers and tennis shoes. The men shoes had a lot more variety. Beyond the Olukai brand, there were couple of other brands being offered that provided yoga wear, snow wear, and sunglasses. The experience was good as fellow customers were not agressive. The event was pretty tame. If you have interested in a brand, and you don't mind searching through boxes, then this is a good opportunity to snag a deal.
