This is about the worse place to buy a used car. They sell shitty cars at a very expensive price.

All they are doing is getting you tied in with a predatory loan company. This is the worst place to go if you're looking for honesty.

We knew we would be paying higher interest but that is the price he felt he wanted to pay. Unfortunately this was a horrible experience. Well he had only one car to choose from he decided to take it. He drove it for eight months before it started having some serious issues with the engine with brakes I need the needle for the speedometer fell off. Now mind you we did have a warranty which of course got us nothing. He has not been able to use this vehicle for 3 and 1/2 years. It sat in our driveway for a while we took it to a reputable dealer and now our mechanic has it the repairs will cost close to $3,000 much more than what the car is worth. He has been making payments this entire time so as not to take a hit on his credit. Both drive time and Bridgecrest the finance company refused to work with him and he is stuck. I will only speak for our personal experience that I would stay away from them and the more we talk to others who have purchased Vehicles their their experience has been very similar. Save yourself the time aggravation frustration and money and either shop elsewhere or savior money until you can purchase from a reputable dealer. As they say live and learn. Sometimes that means cutting your losses. They can take thier unusable vehicle my son has decided to seek some legal action for the time being take the credit hit.

CarSense is awesome! I was buying my first car after finally getting my license (at age 30!). My…read moredad has bought a few cars from the CarSense in Cranberry and always had a great experience, so he recommended I check the Robinson location out since it's closer to me. First, their website is super easy to use to help you see their current inventory and search/filter by make, model, price, mileage, and even special features. If you create an account, you can also save cars and come back to review and compare them later. They had several hatchbacks in my price range available. I called a few days before I wanted to come to the dealership and spoke with Jaison, who was super friendly and easy to work with. He talked to me about what I was looking for and even sent me a video of one of the cars I was very interested in. When I came out to the dealership, I wanted to test drive some alternatives. Jaison had told me he wouldn't be there when I was planning to arrive, so I worked with Jon, who was also very nice. Jon gave me three cars to test drive, and I ended up going with a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic. It looks brand new and has under 20K miles on it. I'm an idiot and forgot my checkbook at home, but Jon let me fill out all of the paperwork so I would just need to come back in the morning with a check. It took under two hours to test drive and choose a car and do the paperwork, and then 15 minutes for me to get it from them this morning. A few things to keep in mind: 1) They do NOT haggle. It's not what they do, and they're literally not allowed to do it. This isn't a bargaining thing; they just don't do it. So be prepared to pay the exact sticker price. 2) Their financing is based on the vehicle that you choose, so you can't apply before you choose a car. I ended up getting financing elsewhere because I wanted to have a check with me before I went.

It tookseveral phone calls just together through to the service desk. I made an appointment for 7 weeks in advance for the annual inspection. The inspection went well, I only needed one tire to pass, and they didn't have it in stock so I was asked to call back. Again it was impossible to get through to the service desk. I got a message to buy a medical device or it went straight to Car Shop Cranberry. When I spoke with someone at the Cranberry location. I was told they couldn't make any appointments for the Robinson service desk, and they couldn't transfer me to the Robinson service. The clerk said the Robinson shop phones "didn't work". I was going to go into the Robinson service area in person, but on the way, I drove by 5 tire stores. I'll make an appointment at one of those businesses for my one 129.95 tire. And Carshop has lost our entire family's business. We used to only buy our cars their and always had a great experience. Maybe 3 cars bought there in ten years doesn't mean anything to whoever changed Carsense to Carshop. But im not buying a car from someplace that doesn't have phones that work.

Before I even saw the bike, I was told: * Cash only * Paperwork was already prepared * I was asked to sign before inspecting the motorcycle * I was not allowed to test ride Once I finally inspected the bike in person, the condition did not match the advertisement: * Visible rust on the frame * Rust in the rear * Corroded and worn hardware/screws * Clearly not "mint" and not "no scratches / garage kept" as described When I calmly pointed out the issues and asked why none of this was disclosed beforehand, the seller became angry and defensive and claimed he "didn't know" and that it was "normal." This was a complete waste of time, fuel, and effort after traveling six hours based on inaccurate information. I walked away because the motorcycle was not as advertised and the pressure to sign and pay cash before inspection was unacceptable. I am leaving this review so others don't make the same long trip under false expectations.

Drove 4 hours there to check it out and the car was in total disrepair. Brakes were noisy where they just slapped some cheap pads on it. The car shook like crazy when applying the brake pedal and I noticed that the front end looked like it was poorly repaired. I asked them if it had ever been in an an accident and they said it never had been and its all original paint. After about 30 minutes going back and forth I finally had them run the carfax and wouldn't you know it was involved in a front end collision. These guys will tell you anything to try and take your money. Overall it was a total waste of time and I left empty handed.

The gentleman I spoke with was great and genuinely helpful. The woman I spoke with felt more dismissive, which took away from the experience. When I arrived for my pickup appointment, the rep helping me was friendly and handled everything smoothly. He even gave me recommendations for local mechanics to complete my PA state inspection. I had seen reviews saying some vehicles did not pass inspection, so I took mine in right away. It passed without any issues. My appointment was at 9 AM. By 9:30 there were three other clients waiting and only one rep working. It felt like a scheduling or staffing issue, but even with that I was only there for about an hour to an hour and a half. The truck itself was in good shape and matched the listing. The interior was the real disappointment. It was not detailed at all and placing two paper mats in the front row does not count. There was dirt on the dash and in the cupholders. Almost every hard surface has a white residue on it. Having worked in the automotive industry for six years, I would never let a client drive home in a vehicle that looked like that. I will either have to pay to have it detailed or do it myself, which should not be the case Carvana. The process was convenient and the truck was as described, but the lack of interior detailing and some service inconsistencies kept this from being a higher rated experience.
