    Thanks Greg!

I'm shocked about the not so great reviews about this Honda dealership because I had a great experience! My fiancé and I have never bought/leased a brand new car before so we stopped by & Greg immediately greeted us. He helped us test drive a 2023 Honda HRV & let us know they wouldn't have more colors/Sport model in stock for another month. So we waited & reached back out to him and he was super responsive. He helped us put a refundable deposit down to hold it over the upcoming holiday weekend & scheduled to pick it up that following Monday. Greg explained the leasing process to us & answered all of our questions thoroughly. I never once felt like he was trying to "sell" us or push us in one direction versus another - even to the point of telling us honestly what was best with putting money down, and other terms. He is very personable & made the process so easy. We also worked with Lisa when going through the paperwork. She was incredible, super friendly, thoroughly communicated and answered all of our questions. Greg & Lisa both have sons that work there too for service & recommended them anytime we need. Overall, such a great experience and SO happy with our new car!

    Recall norice

Still waiting for a return phone call to have my car serviced for a recall. Set up an appointment a week ago. The car sat at Honda for 2 days because they did not have the parts for the recall. Called Honda head uarters they sent the parts overnight. Called to set up an appointment with John service dept he states that we had to have the car up there that day immediately. My husband and I work for a living it's unfortunate we couldn't get there that day. Left voice message still have not received a phone call back. Driving around with a car that needs replacement parts because of a recall and still pending call back.

    Day I bought it

Worst sales and custamer service I've ever experienced. End of May 2022 bought a 2013 Chevrolet Camero from them to find out they Sold me a car they didn't even have a title for. Seriously how in the hell can u sell a car to someone without 'supposedly" knowing where the title is. The Honda dealership says it's Driveways fault since there the ones that originally purchased the vehicle and they didn't know they couldn't get the title. Two months later Bairal says they need to buy the car back . Needless to say I was mad and upset but they said they would make it right by getting me a another car that I wanted and they would make sure I'm happy. Here it is October already and I still have the camero with a dealer plate, since they took mine in June since they couldn't register the plate they gave me. Horrible communication with them. They won't return phone calls. So as of now I'm making $500 payments on a vehicle I can never own! The whole situation is ridiculous and the dealership doesn't care at all it seems. HAPPY CUSTOMER I AM NOT! Stay far-away from this dealership unless you want a big mess to deal with along with your purchase

I had previously bought a vehicle from Baierl Subaru and thought it was a good idea to return. She drove from New York to Pennsylvania based on my recommendation. Let's just say everyone makes mistakes. To start, the entire purchase process took 12 hours over two days just to drive away with the vehicle. That's completely unacceptable. After finally taking delivery, we were told my mother would have to come back on another day just to receive a basic walkthrough of the vehicle's features--and it wasn't even from our salesperson. We initially worked with Phil, who was pleasant enough on the first day, but he was trying to juggle multiple customers at once instead of handing us off to another salesperson who could give us the attention we deserved. While that wasn't ideal, we did eventually reach a deal we were happy with. The real problems started the day two. I sent my wife with my mother, expecting they would simply sign the paperwork, get a quick overview of the car, and head home. Instead, they spent another eight hours at the dealership. When I caught up with them afterward, I was shocked to discover that the original deal had been completely changed. Thousands of dollars in unnecessary warranties and add-ons had been included by Kara in finance. My elderly mother was subjected to the classic finance office routine--fast talking, shuffling paperwork, and constantly redirecting attention to the monthly payment instead of the actual cost of what she was buying. When I called Phil to find out what happened, he immediately washed his hands of the situation, saying it was the finance department's responsibility. There was no effort to advocate for his customer or help resolve the issue. I ultimately had to return to the dealership myself to cancel the unnecessary add-ons. Kara made the cancellation process as difficult as possible. It took over eight months for most of the refunds to be processed, and my mother is still owed some money. At some point, it simply wasn't worth continuing to deal with her. I also spoke with the acting sales manager at the time to share my experience with the finance department. Unfortunately, he seemed far more interested in his upcoming vacation than addressing a serious customer complaint or following up afterward. My advice? There are plenty of other dealerships. Find a salesperson who will give you their full attention, stand behind you after the sale, and genuinely care about your experience. And if you're helping an elderly family member purchase a vehicle and have to deal with Kara in finance, be prepared. Apparently, sitting next to your family member isn't enough. You may also need a passport, a power of attorney, and a stool sample before you're allowed to speak on their behalf. Good luck.

The day after I got my car from this lot, the air conditioning stopped working (it was the evaporator that was bad and he was aware of it). The lot paid for the part, which was a little over $100, but the process of replacing the part is very labor intensive and expensive and we could not afford it. Fast forward a month or so later, the car would not start. Almost $2,000 later, the car is still not running correctly and won't make it out of the driveway. We found a mechanic recommended by Tommy who has been nothing but helpful, but he agreed that the best course of action is to get rid of the Lexus. We were in a very bad situation and Tommy took advantage of that. We were pretty desperate for a car after my BMW (which we traded in here for the Lexus) stopped being reliable. The owner, Bob, wanted nothing to do with us. He pawned us off to a mechanic who said there was a litany of problems with the car. We took it back to Bob and he agreed to have them fixed. We thought he did until a month later (we rarely drove the car), when there were more problems. Guess what? At that point it was past the 30 day warranty bumper to bumper. Bob YELLED at my fiance and threw, yes threw, a paper at her saying its our responsibility now. The paper had a list of three mechanics to talk to. They never returned our calls and never offered to fix what THEY did wrong. A month later, we started getting water in the front well. Yes WATER! We, at our own expense, took it to one of the places he mentioned. They said they fixed it but water was now coming in the back. We couldn't drive the car for 2 months over the winter but when spring came, we decided to take it to a mechanic locally. There were several inches of water UNDER the back seat. The water had burned out an electronic controller. They said there were other problems INCLUDING tires that were worn to the threads. What the hell kind of place sells such horrible KNOWN to be bad vehicles to unsuspecting customers? Used Car World and Bob Fallon. When we took it to a VW dealer, there was too many repairs to name. It would cost more than what I owed on the car (still $6k). We traded the POS in and got a very reputable car from Day Apollo - a MUCH better experience. If you want terrible service AFTER the high pressure sale, go to Bob and his horrible business. If you wanted to be treated fairly, go anywhere else.

Most knowledgeable people perform a first oil change at 1,000 to 5,000 miles. In retrospect, I should have made an oil change a condition of the purchase of the truck - I didn't - my bad. After had the truck for a few days, I realized I should see if the oil had been changed, so I called my salesman Connor at Wright Nissan. He had to check but ultimately said the oil had been changed so I asked him for documentation for my files and so I would know when to change it next. He initially said the oil change would be recorded on the car fax report, but he was unable to provide it. I asked for some documentation and after a number of reminders to him he finally provided a Nissan Service "invoice" showing an oil change on February 18, 2026 with a milage of 4,866 miles. On May 14, 2026 (with 6,432 miles now on the odometer) before making a long drive in my new truck and not feeling too good about the oil change documentation provided by Wright Nissan, I decided to get the oil changed at the local Valvoline. I watched as the dark black oil was removed. I asked the Valvoline Tech, based on his experience, if this oil had ever been previously changed (let alone 1,566 miles ago). His response was simply "no way". Following the oil change, I reached out via email to my salesman Conner to let know about the discrepancy hoping he would respond with some explanation. He never responded.

First, their website is super easy to use to help you see their current inventory and search/filter by make, model, price, mileage, and even special features. If you create an account, you can also save cars and come back to review and compare them later. They had several hatchbacks in my price range available. I called a few days before I wanted to come to the dealership and spoke with Jaison, who was super friendly and easy to work with. He talked to me about what I was looking for and even sent me a video of one of the cars I was very interested in. When I came out to the dealership, I wanted to test drive some alternatives. Jaison had told me he wouldn't be there when I was planning to arrive, so I worked with Jon, who was also very nice. Jon gave me three cars to test drive, and I ended up going with a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic. It looks brand new and has under 20K miles on it. I'm an idiot and forgot my checkbook at home, but Jon let me fill out all of the paperwork so I would just need to come back in the morning with a check. It took under two hours to test drive and choose a car and do the paperwork, and then 15 minutes for me to get it from them this morning. A few things to keep in mind: 1) They do NOT haggle. It's not what they do, and they're literally not allowed to do it. This isn't a bargaining thing; they just don't do it. So be prepared to pay the exact sticker price. 2) Their financing is based on the vehicle that you choose, so you can't apply before you choose a car. I ended up getting financing elsewhere because I wanted to have a check with me before I went.

However, one saleswoman in particular literally called several times a week after I politely explained that I no longer needed a vehicle, therefore no longer needed their services. The calls, voicemails and emails stopped, for a little while. Recently I found myself looking for a vehicle again and since their promise is credit is not an issue, I took the chance to see if what they have to offer is really something for me. HUGE MISTAKE. The same saleswoman was back at it again, literally calling every single day and I called the office for a second year in a row to let someone know that this gal was wasting her time reaching out to me because I've found a vehicle and again, don't need one anymore. I wish this was the end. I continued to receive calls, daily, emails, daily and finally I wrote out what I believed to be a firm and polite email asking not to be contacted and that I would reach out if I needed to and when she replied I figured she'd finally gotten the hint. Nope. When a salesperson is contacting you every day with a product in which you do not need, it's off-putting, extremely invasive, unprofessional and quite rude but most of all desperate and annoying. Who wants to do business with someone with what is visibly desperation? If they're willing to go go that length before any business transactions occur, what will your experience be once you start the process of making a purchase? Are they going to rush and potentially cut corners or leave out the fine print to make a sale? Maybe. I've worked in sales, cold calling, in store customer service, call center customer service, in person sales, you name it, I've done it and I can relate with the need to meet a quota and keep a roof over your head. However, when you literally harass someone AFTER they've politely declined your offer several times for a legitimate reason, you've crossed a major line and it is so, so, very unprofessional and I'm so disappointed with the way my situation has been handled over the course of a YEAR. To wrap it up, don't contact this particular location unless you've 100% made your mind up about the company you want to go with when you're looking for a new vehicle, unless you want to be contacted on a daily basis by people who can't understand what "I don't need a vehicle, thanks for reaching out, there's no need to continue to contact me" I do have proof of all of this but as an effort to conceal her name and as to not "name and shame" for lack of a better term, I've decided not to include several screen grabs

The gentleman I spoke with was great and genuinely helpful. The woman I spoke with felt more dismissive, which took away from the experience. When I arrived for my pickup appointment, the rep helping me was friendly and handled everything smoothly. He even gave me recommendations for local mechanics to complete my PA state inspection. I had seen reviews saying some vehicles did not pass inspection, so I took mine in right away. It passed without any issues. My appointment was at 9 AM. By 9:30 there were three other clients waiting and only one rep working. It felt like a scheduling or staffing issue, but even with that I was only there for about an hour to an hour and a half. The truck itself was in good shape and matched the listing. The interior was the real disappointment. It was not detailed at all and placing two paper mats in the front row does not count. There was dirt on the dash and in the cupholders. Almost every hard surface has a white residue on it. Having worked in the automotive industry for six years, I would never let a client drive home in a vehicle that looked like that. I will either have to pay to have it detailed or do it myself, which should not be the case Carvana. The process was convenient and the truck was as described, but the lack of interior detailing and some service inconsistencies kept this from being a higher rated experience.
